I was given a referral to this place by my dentist for my autistic 4 year old who was having tooth pain. Between the dentist's office and myself, we could NOT get ahold of them. No one would answer the phone.. at all. I also left voicemails that were not returned. I stopped by their office location and they were not busy... We ended up calling somewhere else. I would not want to have to deal with this office again in the future.

Absolutely love the new atmosphere. I appreciate that the dental assistants and dentist respect my wishes as a parent and take time to talk to the kids.

My kids are anxious kids. Anything new or different makes them so nervous. But the team at All Smiles made them feel so comfortable and at ease- which is hard to do! Love it here and will definitely keep coming back!

Would give 0 starts if I could. First of all, told me my son needed a cavity filled on something he couldn't visibly see without an X-ray. How do you know where to drill if you can't even see it on a tooth? Then when I got a second opinion (who by the way told me his teeth were perfectly fine) they now refuse to see him for a school check up because of it. Also, truth be told the receptionist was a complete b*****. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Nice & Clean!! The dentist and the hygienists were great and super friendly with my kiddos!! Definitely recommend.

My son has went to this clinic since he was 1 and is now 17. He is also on the spectrum. The previous dentist and her staff were always great! There are still a few great hygienist there. I've never had a bad experience with the front desk staff in person, but when there were some insurance changes I received a voicemail a MONTH before my son's appointment just simply saying we are canceling your sons appointment because we don't take the insurance when all I had to do was change the dental insurance which was pretty instant so that was totally out of line.I called back to speak to the manager and the employee told me they weren't available and to call back. Not let me take your name and number and I will forward your information. If your child has no disabilities this dentist may be a fit for you, but if you have a special needs child just take them somewhere else please. They basically pushed us to Iowa City and made it seem in a caring way, but really wasn't and said just go to Iowa city every 6 months. I believe the new dentist that are there no longer want to treat special needs kids/teens and wait for a reason they can push you out the door. Thank you for the wonderful hygienist there that did a wonderful job cleaning my son's teeth and being patient and kind to him. I appreciate YOU. Notice they don't respond to any of the negative feedback because they know how they are and if they acknowledge the feedback they'd have to do better.

Genuinely friendly and welcoming staff! My 3 year old son loves going and even took an interest to flossing because they made it fun. They are very detail oriented when it comes to keeping their patients comfortable and provide a great experience overall!

They told me I had great insurance and I would owe $0 and I got a $350 bill. They circled $0 on it and had me sign it. So, don't trust them on "estimates" because they have no idea what they are doing. Rude people. I'll be changing dentists ASAP

Great experience for me and my 13 year old daughter. She wasn't scared at all. The new staff is wonderful. Loved the hygienist and the dentist. Very impressed! Thank you for a great experience.

Very nice front desk staff. As a new patient, I forgot to fill out my paperwork online and got there right at my appointment time....so I probably deserved some rudeness, but staff were understanding and accommodating. Dental hygienist and dentist were wonderful. My daughter has a lot of anxiety and they were very good at speaking to her in a calm tone of voice and explaining everything to her. Will definitely be going back!

Very understaffed and the schedule was booked solid. Regardless, they worked hard to ensure that we were seen as quickly as possible by moving around their schedule and also contacting us with the first cancelation. It was appreciated greatly!
