Dr. Desman is excited to return to his home state of Florida and join the team at All Smiles! His passion for orthodontics began in 2004 when he became a patient. By the end of his treatment, he could not believe how his new smile positively influenced his self-confidence. From that point forward, it has been Dr. Desmans dream to provide a similarly uplifting experience for others.
Originally from South Florida, Dr. Desman graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Miami. He then traveled north to continue his education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and earned a Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD). Finally, he completed his orthodontic training at The Ohio State University and obtained a Master of Science (MS) in dentistry.
Dr. Desman has a wonderful wife, Molly, whom he met in dental school. Together, they enjoy watching sports, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. Some of Dr. Desmans personal hobbies include playing golf, tennis, and snowboarding. The Desmans look forward to making the Tampa Bay area their new home!

I absolutely love All Smiles St.Pete. Staff are very friendly and make sure u are comfortable through out your visit. The only thing I wish to change is appointments not being so far out due to them having a lot of patients, but other than that I am so happy that I picked all smiles for my braces treatment.

Cannot say enough good things about the staff, facility, and Orthodontist. Sweetest, kindest, most accommodating dental office I've ever been to. Beautifully designed, and layout is incredible, allowing total transparency of staff interactions with patients. My daughter was terrified and they went above and beyond to explain everything and walk her through procedure. Highly recommend!

There were a lot of people in the waiting room. Office is clean and plenty of seatings. Turnover was qucik. One suggestion would be if you were taking care of a child, once the procedure is finished, get with the parent to explained what was done, follow up with items, asked if the parent have any questions since they may not be aware of what was being done.

Clean facility and nice staff but routine monthly appointments that are needed by the patients can't be easily made because there's to many patients for the practice to handle yet they keep accepting new patients having no space in scheduling for the patients they already have.

I came to All Smiles for a free consultation and the staff, particularly Madison Piper, was fantastic! Madison was warm, welcoming, and ensured that I felt taken care of during my appointment. Her helpfulness and patience made me feel confident that I had all the information I needed to make a decision on which treatment was right for me. Dr. Desman was very kind and took time to educate me on my options and understand the proposed treatment plan. The entire appointment was quick, efficient, and helpful. This was overall the best experience I've had in a dentistry/orthodontic setting!

I want to say I am extremely impressed with the care and the staff. You are treated with care and kindness. Madison helped me and all I can say honestly is wow. I was blown away, she is extremely helpful and just a great person. Dr is extremely amazing and personable. My daughter needs braces, I went to get a few opinions and was extremely saddened by the care and cost. Especially knowing she has Medicaid, I had come to the realization I would just not be able to afford them. Then I found allsmiles, boy are we blessed we did. They worked with me not against me never making me fell less then. Madison actually made me cry happy tears. Oh and they thank me for making the drive, I will drive from Sarasota and will continue to for the care they give. I thank them. Just when you think it doesn't exist you find a place like this and thank God I did. Keep up the great work allsmiles! Highly recommend

My son is finally getting braces & this office has made this process so easy! Madison is THEE best person I've ever met in a doctors office (and I work in one lol) The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly! Can't wait to spend the next 2 years visiting them!!

This orthodontist may be cheaper than others but the downfall is that they are a meat mill who only care about how many patients they can get in so they can say they do the most patients. The problem is they don't treat their patients as unique and with individualized care.

I couldn't be happier with this office! Madison was so friendly and made the x-ray/picture process quick and easy. Dr. Desman was very nice and I am excited to start my Invisalign journey with this team!

All Smiles Orthodontics St. Pete is run very efficiently and, all employees offered excellent customer service. I only needed a retainer replacement so I had a simple visit -- I appreciated that the team wasn't sales-heavy like other offices I've been to. Instead, they're a grounded, people-first type of company, which I love. I interacted with Madison and Dr. Desman the most, and both were exceptionally lovely and professional. If you need any ortho work at all, definitely consider this office.
