Dr. Desman is excited to return to his home state of Florida and join the team at All Smiles! His passion for orthodontics began in 2004 when he became a patient. By the end of his treatment, he could not believe how his new smile positively influenced his self-confidence. From that point forward, it has been Dr. Desmans dream to provide a similarly uplifting experience for others.
Originally from South Florida, Dr. Desman graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Miami. He then traveled north to continue his education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and earned a Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD). Finally, he completed his orthodontic training at The Ohio State University and obtained a Master of Science (MS) in dentistry.
Dr. Desman has a wonderful wife, Molly, whom he met in dental school. Together, they enjoy watching sports, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. Some of Dr. Desmans personal hobbies include playing golf, tennis, and snowboarding. The Desmans look forward to making the Tampa Bay area their new home!

Me and my family love this place we have had an amazing experience we have 2 boys and the first one we went to a different doctor and man it was horrible service and always a problem I definitely recommend all smiles the crew is awesome from the doctors to the dental assistants they make you feel like family great company

Very professional and amazing establishment, very clean and healthy environment and one of your workers named Madison was an absolute charm! Very nice and social and helped guide me through the first steps, she really made me feel at home, some members of a team deserve to be praised on there hard work and she definitely is one of them!

Today was my first experience at this office All Smiles Orthodontics In Seminole. I had an emergency appointment to get my wire behind my front few top teeth to be replaced because mine broke in half and was sticking out, it was uncomfortable for about a day and a half, I couldn't wait for my 4:30 appointment, whom Katlin from largo location set up for me. The office itself is a little chilly, I wish I came with a cover up, probably just nerves. However the two woman at the front desk were very welcoming, nice and very polite. It made me feel safe considering that I haven't had to replace my wire in years. I'm glad I came early no one rushed me to finish the first time patient paperwork to be filled out. I was finally sent in to get all my pictures taken of my entire jaw, (a little uncomfortable) but it was okay. When I went into the office for the consultation, I had gentleman whom scanned all the pictures that were taken of the inside of my mouth and gave me an estimate of the bill to be paid. Then the Orthodontist and his assistant came in to reassess all the pictures of the inside of my mouth, looked inside my mouth, and realized where to go from here. I felt safe and secure knowing that I'm in good hands. I waited again in a smaller waiting room to finally replace my wire in this huge room where everyone gets seen (all at the same time, it's a little daunting). However the woman whom took off the old wire, cleaned the glue off, replaced it with a whole new wire, and finished in no time. Phew, I'm finally done ! (It was a little uncomfortable) but it all went perfectly fine. I believe I was there at least two hours but at least I was seen in less than a day i was I incredibly grateful for a easy experience here at this location. Thank you to all of your amazing staff for your hard work and being able to see me on such short notice in less than a day (rather than waiting for another week). I appreciate all of you !

I went with my sister and my grandma and they were perfect with time. Madison was our helper for our appointment and she had a wo full outgoing mood and gave us the best patient experience possible. I enjoy the positive energy and my sister is very excited for her improved smile!

We are just beginning the treatment for my daughter, but they won all my trust to give her smile in his hands since the beginning , the staff and the Doc made us feel comfortable and explained everything perfectly !! On a scale of 1 to 5, Dr. McDowell and his staff are a ten. They are gentle, caring and yet very professional. I have been going to this orthodontist for many years and would never even consider somewhere else. If you want a job done and done right, go to All Smiles Orthodontics.

i've been going to all smiles since march and it's so welcoming!! i've had Hiba multiple times and she's incredibly nice and friendly!! she works efficiently and everytime i get her we have amazing conversations and it only takes 30 minutes maximum. can't wait until we continue our conversations next time.

Dr. McDowell and his staff are absolutely worthy of a 5 review!! Every one is so friendly! after being rear ended in a car accident my bite was totally off and I had headaches and jaw pain. Invisalign treatment along with bottom teeth braces for a few months have changed my life! I highly recommend All Smiles / Dr. McDowell!!

Very nice staff. Today I got Amber and she was very nice and friendly. Overall, I would definitely recommend bluewave/all smiles if you need braces, Invisalign or anything else they offer!

I am so thankful my daughter and I came to All Smiles Orthodontics because we had really bad experiences with other orthodontics. Heidi was super great!! She was very welcoming and informative. She is the kind of person you look forward to seeing for the next 2 1/2 years lol I was able to make an appointment on short notice and they were able to put my daughter in braces that day. I highly recommend this office. It was very clean, everybody was really nice, and they don't keep you waiting all day.

Such a great practice! All of the staff members are amazing from the front desk to the assistants and Dr. McDowell was amazing! So happy to have them for my sons orthodontist treatment!
