Dr McTernan is a graduate of Manhattan College. She then completed her Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree at Tufts University School of dental medicine. Dr McTernan is a member of the American Dental Association. She strives to make your dental experience comfortable and pain free. In her free time she enjoys camping, reading, and crocheting. Dr. McTernan resides in Geneva with her husband Dr. Christopher Main OD and their three children.

Changing my review from 5 stars to 2. Dr. McTernan is gentle and caring and does good work. But I was a long time client who never missed a cleaning and looked forward to going to my appointments. I was written off when I pulled out a filling eating candy on Halloween. Its been 4 months and I never heard back after I was seen and they verified what I knew had happened. I called several times and Tiffany always copped an attitude. I've since found a new provider and my teeth are perfect again but I won't recommend here anymore, unfortunately. Wish good things for Dr. McTernan but the lack of staff over the last few years is concerning not to mention the attitude of the last employee left.

They rescheduled me 3 times so I ended up finding a new dentist. Before that they were fine but I couldn't keep moving things around for appointments that they couldn't keep.

I am 63 year grandma needing a filling for my tooth, not my first throughout my years, the filling I had recently at allsmiles in Waterloo NY had me smiling that day, the next day and still today. The reason is I never (even for a minute) did I experience pain. I am at awe and wish I had started taking my loved one's and myself years ago. I'm using them now and am very pleased and happy to spread the word with family, friends and this review. I am extremely bad with names, they have great staff. Very kind and respectful, I'm staying and not going anywhere's, I am very pleased to be patronizing with this dentist.
