Kendra graduated from UNMC College of Dentistry with her bachelor degree in dental hygiene in 1991. Her professional experiences include Past President of the Nebraska Dental Hygienists Association among many other positions for the NDHA . She has received awards such as Nebraska Hygienist of the Year and Omaha Dental Hygienist of the year 1997-1998. Kendra has also participated on an advisory panel for the 3M corporation. She is celebrating 30 years as a hygienist this year with 20 years of experience treating and caring for patients in a periodontal office and ten years working in a general and cosmetic dental office. Kendra has two amazing children and enjoys camping and traveling with her husband Bill. She enjoys crafting and making jewelry. Kendra is passionate about dental hygiene and taking excellent care of her patients. She believes preventive care and educating her patients are the keys to overall optimal health.
Andrea was born and raised in Fremont NE and has lived most of her life in the Omaha metro area. She attended Northwest Missouri State and then went on to become a certified dental assistant in 2005. She has extensive dental experience working both in pediatric and cosmetic dental offices! A lifelong student, she is especially passionate about educating herself on facial esthetic products and techniques, especially Botox and the Juvederm family products-both of which are offered at All Smiles! In her spare time Andrea enjoys boating, golfing, and attending concerts with her family and friends. She has 2 daughters and a golden doodle named Ryder who always keep her on her toes!
Krishan was born in Guatemala but raised in Omaha, NE. She is the eldest out of her two sisters. She is bilingual, knowing both Spanish and English fluently. She has experience working in orthodontia and general dentistry. She is looking to pursue a career as a dental hygienist and continue working in the dental field to help educate and prevent future health issues for patients.
Dr. Christina Pruitt grew up in a rural town in western Nebraska with a passion for helping people in the community. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Creighton University and then went on to the UNMC College of Dentistry to obtain her dental degree, graduating with high distinction in 2010.
After dental school, she was accepted into an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency (AEGD) through the United States Air Force, where she spent 4 years in active duty service to our nation, taking care of our service members and veterans. The AEGD allowed her to work alongside all dental specialists and hone her dental skill set.
In constant pursuit of education, Dr. Pruitt has since been in private practice and spent hundreds of hours at the prestigious Kois Center learning advanced evidence-based dental diagnoses and treatments. She is also a member and accreditation candidate in progress with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). The AACD accreditation process is rigorous, and Dr. Pruitt has nearly completed the required cases to receive this distinction!
She incorporates her desire to help people with advanced education and artistic talent to provide the best possible outcomes for her patients. She is especially enthusiastic about implants, Invisalign, and cosmetic dentistry!
Outside of the office, Dr. Pruitt enjoys spending time with her husband, Chase (who is also a dental professionaloral surgeon), and their two boys. Her hobbies include golfing, cooking, reading, fitness, and travel.

Dr Pruitt and her staff are different. They educate you. They give you options. They are so patient with you and they become like your second family. I will forever recommend Dr Pruitt, Andrea & Kendra! I will never ever see anyone else for injections or dental work. If you are skeptical GIVE DR PRUITT AN OPPORTUNITY! Truly amazing staff and quality dental work!!

The degree of service I received here was amazing! The initial appointment can be a bit lengthy, but we kind of went over everything and I'm more than satisfied with the results. The office is very clean and each member of the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

I was scared to death of dentist. I broke a tooth and had to find someone fast. Upon talking to Margaret and telling her I was scared. She asked me to give them a chance. From the x-rays, exam of the tooth and temporary fix, Dr. Pruitt put my fears at ease. I have been in for deep cleaning twice and the placement of my permanent cap. The entire staff has made each visit very pleasant.

As a dental student here in Omaha, I had the opportunity to shadow Dr. Pruitt today, as well as meet her wonderful staff! It was a truly amazing experience. From the moment you walk in the door, you can tell Dr. Pruitt has put a lot of time and effort into making the office comfortable and inviting for patients. After just four hours of shadowing her, I can confidently say she treats her patients extremely well and is always thinking with their best interest in mind. If you are looking for a friendly neighborhood office that does beautiful cosmetic dentistry, this is the place to go!

Absolutely AMAZING. I could not ask for anything better in a dentist. They are SO sweet and caring. They really put pride in the work they give you and you never feel pressured to 'have' to get things done. Dr Pruitt is just a doll and I'm so grateful we found someone like her to take care of our teeth right before our wedding. My fiance has horrible dental anxiety and he actually looks forward to coming to see them! They have the CUTEST office and the coolest technology. Love love love!!!

From the moment I walked in the door, my experience at All Smiles Dentistry was exceptional. The staff had exemplary service and were thorough, helpful and engaging. Prior to my exam I was able to sit down with Dr Pruitt and discuss expectations. She never seemed rushed, was interested in learning about me and truly cared about ensuring my experience exceeded any expectations. My appointment was in regards to fixing a front tooth, and she assured me she was the front tooth expert. I can assure you, she is!
