Northgate/Shoreline and Mill Creek dentist Dr. Ilona Furman is a proud Washingtonian. She followed her childhood dream of becoming a dentist by volunteering, dental assisting, and working for local area dentists and orthodontists while going to school. Dr. Furman graduated from the University of Washington undergraduate program in Biology. She attended the prestigious University of Washington School of Dentistry, ranked among the top three in the United States. In 2012 she opened her first family-owned dental practice in North Seattle from scratch with just one employee. In 2019 she opened her second satellite practice in Mill Creek Town Center. Today we have a highly skilled team of thirteen healthcare professionals representing both locations.
These days the team at All Smiles Family Dentistry devote countless hours to continuing dental education; we are finding ways to incorporate innovative therapies and customer service skills into our daily practice. Our office is paperless, eco-friendly, modern and advanced with the latest technology to enhance the patient experience (see the Technology section). Before opening All Smiles, the doctor worked as an associate dentist in a private practice that used CAD/CAM machines to design, fabricate and seat custom crowns in one visit. Dr. Furman spent two consecutive years doing dental research on Enamel DNA Sequencing and Tongue Thrust with the SURF Program. In 2008 she presented her research at the IADR National Meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana.

In her spare time, Dr. Furman enjoys playing tennis, painting with acrylics and watercolors (see below), taking photographs, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her husband, daughter and son. She is fluent in Slavic languages and can speak some Spanish. In 2019, Dr. Ilona Furman was honored as Top Dentist by her peers and colleagues in Seattle Metropolitan magazine. Her Top Dentist honor has been received for 2020, 2021 and 2022, as well!
In 2021, Dr. Furman and her lead assistant had the unique opportunity to take a certification course on Botox therapy for therapeutic and esthetic purposes learning techniques to relax muscles of the head and neck to relieve orofacial pain, TMJ, clenching, grinding and headaches. Dr. Furman also did training for Botox and dermal filler use on the face including lip enhancement, elimination of crows feet, marionette lines, folds around the nose and forehead. Botox has many beneficial uses in the dental realm. Dr. Ilona Furman is a proud Associate member of the AAFE Academy of Facial Esthetics.
Dr. Charmaine Bui is a Washington native born and raised in Lynnwood. She attended the University of Washington for her undergraduate studies where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She soon went on to receive her dental degree at the University of Washington School of Dentistry. Dr. Bui enjoys learning and embraces the ideology of lifetime learning though continuing education and is always happy to share what she has learned to others.
Dr. Bui prioritizes her patients comfort while providing them with excellent patient-centered dental care. She values building meaningful relationships, educating, and working with her patients on how to best take care of them. A persons smile is very important, and Dr. Bui is dedicated to helping her patients maintain their smile!
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Bui enjoys finding new cuisines to try with family and friends. And when not out and about, enjoys relaxing at home playing video games, drinking bubble tea, and exploring new activities to do in the Pacific Northwest!

Meet our treatment and financial coordinator, Angelina, who works behind the scenes in both our Seattle and Mill Creek office. Aside from her friendly calm professional demeanor, Angelina brings advanced knowledge from many years of working in accounting and insurance billing. Angelina enjoys spending time with her friends and family, particularly her husband and young son, who cheer for the Seattle Seahawks!
Yelena is the lead dental assistant. She is personable, gentle and loves working with kids. Yelena takes extra care and time to ensure each patient has a positive experience at All Smiles. Her dental assisting background started with pediatric dentistry and evolved into comprehensive family dental care for patients of all ages. Yelena is a movie buff who enjoys spending time with family and friends. She speaks English, Russian and Ukrainian.
Mary is our patient accounts specialist in the Mill Creek office. She has a degree as a medical assistant and brings her years of customer service experience to All Smiles Family Dentistry. Her friendly personality and eagerness to accomplish difficult tasks are just a few of her many wonderful traits. Mary enjoys spending time with her friends and family, working alongside her relative, and visiting local coffee shops.
Eva is our treatment coordinator in the Shoreline office. She brings years of dental customer service and management experience from the UAE. Shes always friendly, motivated, and ready to greet you with a warm smile. Eva is fluent in the Russian language and would be happy to answer any questions related to your upcoming dental visit. Eva is a great cook and enjoys making delicious meals for her family! She also loves puppies especially her Pomeranian named Bonita.
Liana is our patient coordinator in Mill Creek. She enjoys taking long walks and watching the sunset, playing the piano and spending time with her family. At one point she considered a career in dentistry after attempting to extract her brothers baby teeth. Now Liana prefers taking care of patients and putting a smile on their face when they first walk in. Liana worked for a chiropractic office as a billing specialist before joining All Smiles. An interesting fact is that she has a twin sister thats just a minute older. Liana will make you feel at ease at your next dental visit!
Antonia is a registered dental hygienist and takes wonderful care of our patients with their teeth cleanings in the Shoreline office. She shows an outgoing personality, excellence in hygiene and attention to detail with every single patient. Antonia has worked with All Smiles Family Dentistry for multiple years. She is a proud mom to her two boys!
Phil is a registered dental hygienist in our Mill Creek office. He spent 13 years in the Coast Guard where he led both Search & Rescue and Law Enforcement Teams specializing in tactical boat driving. Aside from his love for dentistry, Phil enjoys exercising, woodworking and being outdoors with his dog Coco.

Great dental clinic. As someone who deals with anxiety, this place is a gem. They are super friendly, and seem to genuinely care about you and your needs/wants. I broke my tooth not long ago, and they got me in the next day to repair it.

I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Furman and her staff made me feel comfortable. From walking in the door to going over treatment plans and payment options. My treatment was gentle and they were very reassuring during my treatment.

I have the best dentist ever. Dr. Furman and her team have transformed the way I think about taking care of my mouth. I used to have serious dental anxiety, but no more! At All Smiles Family Dentistry in Mill Creek I feel comfortable and know that I am safe. It's an amazing team and facility. Today I had an emergency. Dr. Furman's team got me in right away, kept me calm, and resolved my issue with the least invasive treatment option available. I'm telling you, if you want the very best in dental care, this is your spot.

Had an appointment for cleaning and screening/ they gave me 4 pm app then just they did screening to find out how much money they can make from me! Yes all they care is money. When I asked them about cleansing portion they said we almost close and don't have time to do it! I left with a paperwork in my hands about how much should I pay out of pocket after my insurance coverage!!!! So unprofessional and I'm so disappointed.

I've been coming to Dr Furman ever since we moved to North Creek which has been about a year, and every visit has been a great experience. She addresses my issues and concerns and prioritizes my comfort which is most important to me.

i would say overall I had a good experience here. their new patient paperwork is very easy to fill out and even has a questionnaire so they can make sure your visit is more comfortable. i had a bit of trouble finding the location, but they're in the same building as just poke on the 3rd floor. the office itself is very well designed, modern, and clean. the front desk ladies are very sweet and were great to interact with, same with my hygienist Stacy who was absolutely amazing. the only reason i'm taking off 2 stars is because the Dr. kept bringing up the small gap between one of my teeth, even though I never mentioned it as a problem or something that was bothering me. I told her multiple times I was not interested in closing it but she kept bringing it up and recommending that I get invisalign to close it. it made me super uncomfortable. Drs. shouldn't bring things up unless the patient mentions they have an issue with it, otherwise you are just coming off as insensitive... but again, overall I had a good experience here and I will continue to be a patient as the nice office, hygienist, and front desk personnel made the visit worth it.

Dr. Furman and her wonderful staff at All Smiles Family Dentistry did an amazing job on my regular teeth cleanings and 3 natural-looking crowns during the past 3 years. They are truly passionate, caring and listen to your concerns and educate you to make the right decision for your oral hygiene. I've always felt welcomed with a smiling receptionist upon arriving at their beautiful facility with the top-of-the-line advanced technology dental equipment. I enjoy feeling relaxed in their massage chairs with a spectacular window view on the 3rd level. I'm happy to support a woman-owned business at the heart of Mill Creek Town Center. 5 Stars for first-class customer service. Thank you for creating my beautiful smile ladies! ;)

My wife and I have been coming here to see Dr. Furman for the past couple of years and have had nothing but great experiences with her and their staff. I had my Invisalign done here as well and it turned out perfect! They've been very accommodating with appointments, especially last minute changes, and the staff is one of the best you'll find in any doctors office.

Came in with really high expectations reading the great reviews, but unfortunately they didn't quite live up to it. **Let me first say that they did nothing wrong, it just could have been better for a high dental anxiety patient.** Their website says they offer all kinds of things for dental anxiety. I really liked the paperwork they had me fill out prior, to explain my anxieties and ask if I needed things to calm me. But none of those were done when it came time for the exam. For example, I specifically stated that I did not want to see things in the room that I didn't need to (as given the option on the questionnaire). But the entire visit I had to stare at a poster taped onto the door in front of me that explained some of the most in-depth procedures. Not something I want to see! Please put it on another wall for future anxiety patients. Maybe the things are only offered for procedures, but even for cleanings and exams, I desire things to help calm me and thought that was clear in my paperwork. Finally, I did not realize that not all dentists offer nitrous. Since finding out they don't, I have switched to another office. For me, they didn't match my expectations, but this is not to say they aren't great at what they do. Their office is clean, inviting, and modern. **Recommend to general people, but maybe not for those with dental anxiety.**

Wonderful, professional and kind staff! I have several severe autoimmune diseases and they have gone above and beyond to ensure I stay safe during cleanings or procedures. They've been eager to learn more and has made my stress level so much lower as a result! Flexible and efficient scheduling as well!

Everyone is kind that I met. They were very patient with me when I was confused about my insurance information. They are very good at explaining it all to me. Very good price for out of pocket new patient exam and cleaning. I love the chairs as well!
