This is the best dentist office I have been to since my long time dentist retired - I saw 2 others before I met Dr. McAdams - she is the first one that I have trusted! And her staff is awesome! I have medical issues and they have been very accommodating to me, treating me with concern, compassion and professioanalism. I highly recommend this pratice to everyone! Marshfield is lucky to have a great place to go to for excellent care.

Dr. Tiffany mcadams is an amazing dentist who really cares about your patients. Her bedside manner is compassionate and heart felt. I've always had a problem with the dentist until I met Tiffany. Now I'm no longer a coward when it comes to getting my teeth worked. I take nivacaine shots like a champ and when it comes to extractions I no longer use the laughing gas( honestly makes me extremely paranoid anyways) but when she did my root canal she was an absolute rockstar. Ty Dr. Mcadams for always caring. Ps. Her hygienist is also a rockstar. Sue ( I'm sorry I don't know your whole name) but she has always made me feel extremely comfortable and it's the main reason I never want to go anywhere else.

Really very unhappy with this place. They seem nice but honestly do not make you aware properly of their policies/give information at the last minute. Made an appointment on Thursday for Saturday over the phone spoke to the staff. Came on Saturday today for my appointment to find they had canceled it due to a policy they never told me about. Apparently you need to answer their call 24 hours in advance? First of all people work and second of all since no one made me aware of this policy I wasn't looking for any calls had no idea to expect that. So drive a half hour and their response was "just make another appointment" I can't drive its hard enough to get rides from where I live. Just really inconsiderate of your patients time and this isn't the first offense. A year ago they told me I needed a partial denture. Spent months waiting for an appointment to have my teeth removed. I'm very phobic of the dentist it's very difficult for me to even come. They set me up and the day before my appointment to have my teeth removed by the oral surgeon I had a cavity filling. During that they tell me "on second thought you may need to have all your teeth removed. I'm 27. The day before my oral surgeon appointment and they drop that bomb. I left in tears and didn't come back for a year when one of their fillings fell out. It's my front tooth... So I tried to give them another chance as they were very nice but really that's extremely unprofessional. They were very nice people so I feel bad but honestly the experience has worsened my phobia and they have wasted my time while my teeth just get worse. Really unsure what I will do now. Please be more considerate of your patients time and be more thorough both in examination and in telling patients of your policies as they are booking appointments. Don't just assume they will know especially with how much things have changed post covid.

I have to tell you I was very impressed with how meticulous Nick , making the molds for my dentures, was in his work today. He put more attention into his work today than any of the times I have had the other sets done combined! Very impressive. Everyone in the office was in a great mood, happy, very clean office and 100% in alignment with covid requirements. As I sat there I was thinking how I would not hesitate in referring anyone to All Smile Family Dentistry.

I think some of the other reviews may be misleading. This location used to be a separate dental practice with different owners. The current All Smiles is a family-owned set-up and Dr. McAdams, Nick, Sam, Sam, and the others are all extremely nice, do great work, and are very accommodating ...

Great group of professionals. They were and are very warm and caring as they've guided me through some difficult work. I am thrilled Dr. McAdams, along with Nick, Sue and the two Sams took over the practice. So friendly and knowledgeable and they treat you with heartfelt care.
