The family practice was opened in 1993 by Dr. Ernest Meyer after proudly serving in the Army for six years. During this time, the team at All Smiles have been proudly serving families in the Clarksville and Fort Campbell areas with brilliant smiles of their own, ensuring patients are relaxed as we deliver the high quality dentistry they deserve. Dr. Meyers pursuit of excellence in dentistry began when he earned his BA in biology from Southern Illinois University he continued at Northwestern University Dental School. After dental school Dr. Meyer completed his post-graduate residency at Fort Campbell, KY after which he continued to serve for six years.
Dr. Meyer is experienced in a wide range of cosmetic and general dentistry procedures, and is devoted to aiding individuals in restoring the appearance and function of their smiles through effective treatment with compassionate care.
Dr. Zach was born and raised here in Clarksville, TN. He received his B.A. from Austin Peay State University and then attended dental school at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Zach enjoys making each patient feel as comfortable as possible and helping others become confident in their smile.
Sarah grew up right here in Clarksville, TN. She loves getting to know her patients and enjoys seeing familiar faces in her hometown. As a Dental Hygienist, Sarah promotes dental health through patient education, oral exams, routine dental cleanings, and periodontal therapy. Sarah strives to make every dental visit a personable, comfortable, positive experience for each patient.

I had a fantastic experience with them. They squeezed me in, as a new patient, on a Saturday for an X-ray and when they couldn't fit me in for a root canal they spoke to another Dentist on my behalf. Everyone was extremely nice and they may become my permanent dentist in the future.

I had a problem with a tooth today that I was afraid was an abscess. When I called for an appointment to be seen All Smiles saw me within a couple of hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful in explaining what they were doing and what was going on. I had a great experience in treatment and a good explanation of what the problem was. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.
