is a Knoxville native who began her college career at the University of Tennessee. She was later accepted into the dental hygiene program at East TennesseeState University in Johnson City, TN where she obtained a bachelors degree in 2008. She enjoys hiking, spending time with her family, trying new recipes and exercising. She finds joy working with Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Felton, and her team of extraordinary dental professionals, who provide superior dental care and sincere compassion to all patients. Sierra regularly attends continuing education courses so she can provide the most current information to help others keep a healthy smile. Sierra has been a part of ourteam since 2010.
has lived in Knoxville for over 20 years. After graduating high school from Christian Academy of Knoxville, he attended Wheaton College and The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he received his Bachelors of Science in Economics. Dr. Rodriguez continued his education at The University of Tennessee College of Dentistry where he received his DDS degree. Following dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency program at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville. Dr. Rodriguez is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. He enjoys spending time with his family, and cheering on the University of Tennessee. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys participating in dental mission trips.
was born and raised in Sevierville, TN. She started her career in dentistry as a dental assistant at All Smiles Family Dental in 2011. Brittney was accepted into the Dental Hygiene Program at Hiwassee College in Madisonville, TN in 2015 and graduated with a bachelors degree in 2017. She and her husband Scott have been married for 10 years and have 2 dogs and a cat. She enjoys hiking, exercising, spending time with her family, and spoiling her three nieces. She is passionate about working with our team to educate patients while providing them with the necessary information to maintain healthy, beautiful smiles.
was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. She and her husband Jason have been married since 2014. Together, they have a 4 year old son, Andrew. She enjoys any activity, as long as she is surrounded by her family. Whitney graduated in 2009 as a Registered Dental Assistant from Tennessee College of Applied Technology Knoxville. Since then, she has become a Certified Dental Assistant. She is certified in Sealants, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, Dental Radiology, Coronal Polishing and CPR. Whitney became a part of the All Smiles Family Dental team in 2013.
was born and raised in Clinton, Tennessee. She and her husband, Rick, have been married for 27 years. They have 2 sons, Dylan (15 ) and Justin (22). She enjoys hiking, fishing, gardening and spending time outdoors. She also loves making memories of all her family activities through photography and scrapbooking. Kim has beena Registered Dental Assistant in 1990. She is registered in Dental Radiology, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring and Coronal Polishing. Kim has been a part of our team since 2010.
is originally from Central Florida. After graduating high school, she attended The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and minor in Business. She was a letterman swimmer for the Lady Volunteers from 1997-2001. She continued her education at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where she received her DMD degree. She completed a General Practice Residency program at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville, following dental school. Dr. Felton is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. She enjoys competitive swimming, outdoor activities, gardening and creating stain glass projects.
Drs. Rodriguez and Felton met during their residency program in 2007. They married and started All Smiles Family Dental, PLLC in 2010. Drs. Rodriguez and Felton raise three beautiful girls together Isabelle, Gisele, and Adelina. In order to keep up to date on the continuous advances in dental technology, they regularly attend continuing education courses and are involved in local study clubs.

My son has gone here since he was little. Dr. Rodriguez and his staff are amazing with kids. Especially kids with ASD and Food Allergies. This year I started seeing Dr Tanya Felton. I do not like going to the dentist. Had a traumatizing experience in the past and became fearful. Dr. Felton and her assistant were amazing and I felt like they did a great job. Afterwards I let them know I was having a panic attack and Dr. Felton asked if they was anything she could have done different. She was perfect. I may opt for the out of pocket nitrous next time though

Sierra is so good & knowledgeable, she was able to tell me to watch out for dental issues that one of my new medicines may cause, as well as issues that different toothpastes can cause & what to do about it. She cares so much about her clients & educates herself at every opportunity.

All Smiles dental on Clinton Highway, Knoxville Tennessee is the best . Professional staff and excellent dental services. They are clean and friendly, put your child's dental health above and beyond . My child has been coming there for 14 years ! Mr. Rodriquez and staff are the best in Knoxville !

Had a very eye opening experience at All Smiles Dental. I had previously been treated regularly by another dentist but when All Smiles team saw my x-rays they immediately saw that I had a problem that had not been treated. It was a tough appt and will require more tough appts but the end result will be successful under their professional care. Dr Felton & Whitney and hygienist Sydney Payne get kiddos for their awesome patient care.

I was greeted right when I walked in the door. I was called to the back in about 30 minutes, Sydney Payne did a really good job on my teeth cleaning and was helpful during my time there.

A new secretary today. I would have loved to know her name, but she never introduced herself. She waited for me to say who I was. What happened to "Hi, welcome to All Smiles Dentist". First person who meets people at the door/lobby represents the whole company. I have only good things to say about Dr. Felton and the rest of the staff. I appreciate the dentist taking time to explain and follow-up on how my teeth bite /fit and being thorough. Ruth could be a bit more friendly. I have been a patient there several months. She was a lot more outgoing the first time I met her and she explained the insurance and costs.

All Smiles takes great care in making you very comfortable while having your teeth cleaned. I have never been comfortable going to the dentist and they have changed my opinion greatly. I have a beautiful smile now thanks to their work. I love All Smiles!
