Dr. Neena Mukkamala is an accredited member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Delaware State Dental Society, and Kent Sussex Dental Society, since 2003. She is a trusted dentist of her Medical & Dental Colleagues and their families.
She specializes in restorative and cosmetics that enhance long term function and esthetics. Also, Dr. Neena is very active with creating restorative excellence on her patients. And her dedication to the dental health of children is very remarkable. She treats every child as if they were her own and continues to help the children in her community with care and compassion.
Dr. Neena received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree with excellence at the University of Southern California Dental School in Los Angeles, California. Upon Completion of her dental degree she continued her education as a resident in Advanced General Practice Residency for one year at Christiana Hospital in Wilmington, DE.
Dr. Neena started her dream practice, All Smiles Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, on October 23, 2006, where she concentrates on listening to her patients and always strives to provide her patients with the best of dentistry in the best of her ability and knowledge with the latest technology and improvements to her profession which she loves. She says, Dentistry is her passion.
She maintains her office concentrating on her patients mouth and teeth as an important part of the body and oral health being a major part of her patients general health. Dr. Neena thinks her patients are the most important part of her practice besides having her great team of friendly employees on whom her patients can always depend on when needed.
When Dr. Neena is not practicing her passion of cosmetic dentistry, she spends most of her time with her lovely children, husband and parents. She loves being a mom and being there for her children when they need her in addition to being the best dentist for her patients.

This place has really gone downhill. I saw Dr. Neena routinely before covid. I am now switching practices because of lack of follow up and communication. I have emailed, called, etc. to try and get my records sent over to a new place, but I'm routinely placed on hold and ignored. Staff from my new office also tried to get a copy of my records, and they were also put on hold on the phone and no one ever picked up. I liked Dr. Neena, but I suggest avoiding this place because of the logisitical nightmare.

If I could no star I would. They are very rude and nasty. The "Office Manager" is very immature. Complete lack and empathy from the front desk.

First all smile dental were charging me almost $1,000 for dental service until I told them my insurance covers 90% My daughter didn't feel comfortable with the dentist so I found another dentist, I requested her dental records to be sent to new dentist but yet they refused to provide me with my daughter's records they are very rude

I hate to even write this review but here it is! I have spent the last 10 years at Dr. Neenas office. In the beginning, it was the best care ever and staff was super professional. Sadly, that has gone down the drain. Multiple times I have come here just to hear "the doctor is not here" so why did no one call to tell me that? Today was the last straw! I get there and again the doctor is not there. I understand emergencies happen but they tried to reschedule me for the next month. My appt was 7/7 but they wanted to reschedule to 8/25. No thanks! I'll find another dentist. Especially when it comes to my kids. I gladly and happily called the new pediatric office in Milford and to my surprise, they were able to get me in sooner than my own office could. Nothing good last forever. That's all I have to say about this office. Also, the girl at the front desk was very condescending to her coworkers. It was awkward to stand there and hear the way she was talking to them. Instead of helping, she talked to them like they were dumb.

Honestly, this place was comical. Just so unorganized and extremely unprofessional. I waited over 45 minutes past my appointment and was asked three times, what was my appointment for.. if your a risk taker than go for it..Prices are extremely high!

I've been going to All Smiles for a little over 6 years. I never had an issue with making appointments or seeing the doctor. I'm very pleased with the staff. They are all awesome, nice and friendly.

This Dentist is a scam! She says that people have cavities and tells people wrong information just to charge the insurance! I felt what she was saying was all false and took my kids to see another dentist. Turns out none of my children had any cavities at ALL!!! I waited to hear back from there office in regards to why I was told all my children had cavities, but of course they never called me back or the doctor. I tried to walk in to speak with the dentist in regards to the claim she had been doing for months now about my children needing root canals or fillings and they have the doors locked as they claim by a sign on the wall being due to the "Coronavirus" During my kids initial visit she wouldn't even allow me to enter the building with any of my children and said I had to wait in the car! Complete SCAM!!!!

My husband and I had a great first impression of Dr. Neena and her staff in June! Our hygienist did a great job as well. The office is beautiful and we appreciated all of the precautions taken by the staff to protect us and themselves during this pandemic.
