I went in today for a tooth ache. I work odd hours and they were able to work around my schedule and get me in quickly. Everyone was fantastic. From the front office employee to the staff to the Doctor; everyone was nice and really put me at ease. I ended up having the tooth pulled. I have had teeth pulled in the past and this is by far the easiest and most painless experience I have had. 6+ hours later and no pain. Not even where the numbing agent was injected. I am really happy with how I was treated and plan on using All Smiles as a regular dentist.

As a first time patient I called to make an appointment for a routine teeth cleaning. When I arrived, a young lady advised me that my record from my last dentist shows a long period since I had x-rays. I approved having the x-rays then the dentist examines my teeth calling out code numbers and then leaves the room. Next, the original employee returns & I asked her "am I getting my teeth cleaned today?" She stated no, not today. I was advised that I needed a "deep" teeth cleaning & insurance does not pay for that. Also, a separate apppointment needs to be scheduled for that cleaning & the cost is $108. I came in today for a teeth cleaning & I am greatly disappointed. My wife called later and cancelled all appointments. I am greatly disappointed. If they had told me I wasn't going to get my teeth cleaned today I could have made the decision to decline the exam. Our phone call later disclosed they were billing my insurance company $108.

Dr. Lobono is the best dentist I have ever visited. He was my DDS in Raleigh and because he is so highly skilled, I followed him to Louisburg. He is gentle, kind, has a great bedside manner and genuinely seems to care about his patients. His skill and technique are amazing. He takes his time and gives each patient his best. There is no other dentist that compares to him or his skill level. I highly recommend him.

Let me start by saying I came into this Establishment With pain from an infected tooth. They took really good care of me and there was no pain during the extraction. 5 stars for an awesome Dentistry

I had my first visit with All Smiles Dentistry today. My 2 daughters as well did. I HATE going to dentist. It has been 2 years since I've gotten a cleaning. I have to say the staff and the dentist himself was EVERYTHING I have NOT had in the past! They are warm and welcoming. I will NOT hesitate when I come back. I 100% recommend you give them a try. You will NOT regret it.

Dr. Lobono and all of his staff are wonderful, caring, professionals. They not only managed to do a great job on my teeth. but they also managed to take away ALL of my anxiety about going to the dentist. Every time I go, I have a pleasant experience. I've had great experiences at All Smiles. Just had fillings replaced today. Top notch, friendly staff. Pricing is reasonable. Dr. L shows genuine care for his work. And the entire group interacts with you in a fashion that indicates you are more to them than just a "customer". Well done!

Dr Lobono did an excellent job on my upper and lower partials they look natural not big and fake looking. If want a nice smile come to Dr Lobono and the staff is friendly

We have been going to All Smiles Dentistry for several years. From the very beginning they have been courteous, friendly and professional. When we arrive they address us by our names and and make sure all is well with us. When it is our turn they make us comfortable and are professional about getting our dental work done. Dr. Lobono is a wonderful dentist who takes his time, explains what he is doing and has a gentle touch. Dr. Lobono and all his staff from the Haley at the front to the professional ladies in the back are exceptional in their care of their patients needs while there.

I came in with a broken mouth, multiple teeth were either broken, had bad cavities or were missing. The staff and dentist were so kind and calming. I never felt judged for the condition of my mouth. They could tell I was extremely nervous and helped me through it. The dentist and dental assistant had excellent chair side manners. You can tell the dentist truly loves what he does and isn't just out to make buck. Their pricing it great compared to other quotes I received from other dentists to repair my mouth. I highly recommend All Smiles Dentistry and Dr Lobono!!
