In 1989, Dr. Peter Norris, DDS had a vision of bringing world class dental care to his community in Lake Jackson. Since then, hes built his practice to offer the best general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and preventive dentistry. The top graduate of the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston in 1985, he is a recognized expert in TMJ and craniofacial pain.
Dr. Pauline Spencer, DMD joined the practice in 2010. She attended the University of Victoria and the University of British Columbia, Canada, working in New Mexico before becoming an indispensable part of All Smiles. She is highly active in the professional community and prides herself on gentle, quality care for patients of all ages.
Dr. Natalia B. Vernor graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston with the degree Bachelor of Science in Biology. Afterward she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas school of Dentistry in Houston. Dr. Vernor is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association. She keeps her dental knowledge current with multiple continue education courses. Dr. Vernon has a true passion for dentistry and always eager to volunteer for dental events in our community and outside of the country. She strives to provide an excellent care to everyone. Her goal is to make dental visits an enjoyable experience for patients of any ages. Dr. Vernor considers serving people as one of the greatest blessings in her life. She is a wife and mother of two children. During her free time she enjoys watching sons baseball games, attending daughters ballet class and supporting her husbands work in the Brazosport Rotary club. She also likes reading classical books in Russian, scuba diving, and traveling.

Dr. Peter Norris has provided devoted care to patients in Lake Jackson since 1989. He is a friendly, caring dentist at All Smiles Dentistry who graduated at the top of his class from the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston in 1985. While there he did additional studies in surgery and Temporal Mandibular Joint issues.
Dr. Norris is a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society and is a Fellow in the Delta Sigma Delta dental academic society. He has worked as an adjunct professor of anatomy at UT Dental Branch.
She attended the University of Victoria in Canada where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry. She then completed her D.M.D. degree at the University of British Columbia in Canada. She moved to and practiced dentistry in New Mexico upon graduation and her family relocated to Texas in 2010.

Dr. Norris is a member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, the National Headache Foundation, The American Equilibration Society and the American Society of Craniofacial Pain and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pain Management. He is a past President of the Ninth District Dental Society.
He had an interesting career before dentistry as well, working in geology in West Texas. He has an undergraduate degree from Texas Tech with a major in microbiology and also worked in medical research. He has published scientific papers on microbiology and sleep research.
Dr. Norris stays in excellent shape as a triathlete. He has competed in several half Ironman triathlons and completed twoIronman (140.6 mile) competitions. He is a member of Lake Jackson Freeport Area Triathlon Club and a regular participant in the Houston Marathon and the Surfside Half Marathon.
Dr. Spencer stays current with new procedures, materials, and technologies by taking yearly continuing education classes. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and the Greater Houston Dental Society.

I'm editing this score I gave 3 years ago: I still love All Smiles. My family still uses them as our primary dental service. The staff is still amazing and I still have no regrets leaving our last "dentist." I feel kind of like family here. My daughter, my husband, and myself are remembered, and treated very nice. We are always greated by our names when we walk into the door, and not rushed or treated like we need to be hurried and rushed out. Their dental office is really nice, and the entire office smells very clean. Plus, they are VERY timely. We usually NEVER have to wait. That to me tells me they have wicked great office management. That's always a PLUS! Plus they have a "coin" machine for the kids. If the kids do a good job during their visit and cleaning in-between visits, they recieved coins to use to get gifts from the bubble machine. Heck, my daughter is 9, and still thinks thats really cool! It's honestly a really great place! Yall going to miss out by not choosing them! (In the case of Melissa Smiths review... All Smiles DOES take Detal Dental. Been using that plan, with All Smiles, for many years now...) END OF NEW EDIT. I love the staff here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and great at their job. My daughter actually likes going to the dentist because they make her feel so comfortable during her visits. Their prices are fair and they always seem to have great specials going on.

Staff was very nice. However, they did not mention they were not a participant of Delta Dental Insurance and instead if billing my insurance company the full amount, they only billed partial which costed me $1400 out of pocket instead of only $400. Will not be back.

My Son is Autistic and the staff were Amazing! He took it like a champ and didn't need gas or sedation. Dr. Vernor is Phenomenal and we will only use her for now on. Thank you All Smiles for accommodating my baby

I am so so pleased with All Smiles. Actually, their friendly demeanor is all important to me. I can get my teeth cleaned anywhere, but not everyone is as patient friendly as All Smiles. Lindsey is especially my favorite. I can't say that I really enjoy going to the dentist, but ALL SMILES has such a pleasant atmosphere that I actually look forward to going. I love talking to Lindsey. She's my favorite!

I worked out of state for 6 months and had the most traumatic dentist appointment in Vegas ever in my life. I never wanted or thought I'd be completely comfortable visiting another one in my life. But my husband recommended me to this place he's been talking so highly of. He told me they renewed his faith in believing in a damn good dentist. So I faces my fears and tried this place out. Let me just start off by saying the entire hospitality was amazingly very kind hearted. The person that really stepped up and was amazing was Mrs. Jana she really was very welcoming sweet and caring. She made me very comfortable and was able to bring out my fear. I just wanted to let her know thank you for everything. From the beginning to end with all the insurance stuff she by far was amazingly very kind and helpful throughout the entire process.

My visit was wonderful! Went in missing a tooth and kinda worried if it would get fixed and I left relieved knowing there was a solution! Everyone was so nice and friendly. Had good laughs too that made the unfortunate situation bearable. Can't wait to go back. Will definitely recommend to friends and family :)
