Demandforce is committed to giving back in the community where we work. Our volunteer and giving program, Demandforce Cares, was established in 2011 and empowers employees to volunteer their time with our partners in the community and donate to causes affecting our employees and community. Our partner organizations include Glide, Project Homeless Connect, the Ronald McDonald House, Blood Centers of the Pacific, Project Open Hand and Urban Sprouts.

Dr. Baer is THE BOMB. Everyone in the office is kind, gentle and welcoming. Dr. Baer is a VETERAN and an amazing individual!

love dr baer she was so quick to get my referrals for my wisdom tooth removal, root canals , and invisalign.!! i greatly appreciate it.. she got my crowns done quickly so i could start my treatment too for invisalign. she's awesome:) and her staff are too! thank you for great service!

They canceled my boys appointments because they want to have a Friday off. So unprofessional and rude. Not recommended at all.

Dr Bayer is awesome! I had such a fear of the dentist for years and she has put me at such ease. I totally recommend her to anyone in the area looking for a new dentist. The entire staff are so nice and professional. Also a plus that they play great music, and will even change it if you ask. I love Dr Bayer and the All Smiles!

The worst Dentist in town Windham. I have never gone out of a dentist before in so much pain that can't even eat. She doesn't want to do nothing about and makes me a referral to another place. Plus she already used all the fund from my insurance. Her office is not well sanitized even though we are inna pandemic. Do not recommend it at all.

Worst dentist in Willimantic. Dr. Baer filled several fillings in my daughters mouth and the very next day they all fell out . She returned and they did it again and the very next day it started happening again . Broken and jagged fillings in her mouth the very next day !!!!!! As a mom I asked the community for help on Fb finding a different dentist that excepted our insurance. Explaining the situation. Meanwhile we were willing to let the dentist fix her awful work . For the third time !!!! Because she should stand by her work . That she billed our insurance for When my daughter arrived today after walking over a mile in the pouring rain she was refused treatment because Dr. Jen Baer said my daughter slandered her on FB. Need less to say NO ONE in my family will ever be returning there. No one she ever have to go through this awful experience!!!!!!!!
