Mohamed the Hygienist is amazing Dr Karar (might be misspelling her last name) is terrible! She's rude, impatient and doesn't make a patient feel comfortable at all!

I really wanted to like this place. It's nearby my home and they were able to get me in quick. In fact, I had a great experience for my cleaning and the hygienist was so kind and did a good job. I thought I found my new dentist however everything took a turn for the worst when I went back for fillings. First they literally called and text me multiple times to make sure I was prepared to pay the fees that I already agreed to before I scheduled the appointment. Then at check in it was super aggressive and awkward when the receptionist made me pay for the services ahead of time. Then while I was getting my services done, a disgruntled employee was literally yelling at the office manager (?) about her schedule. I have since went back in and the office manager has actually been very accommodating and provided good service. Overall I did not have the best experience but it is possible that you will.

They are by far the worst dentist I've ever gone through! My daughter is traumatized!!!! For her first visit we went in as she was having unbearable pain EMERGENCY visit at that, and they stated that we had to schedule to have a root canal, and a few fillings done. Ok fast forward to the appointment they said all she needed was fillings, I said I thought her tooth was bad? (Thinking it needs to be pulled as you can't do a root canal on a baby tooth) she looks at it, and says no just fillings. Fast forward to the next two weeks she's in horrible pain worse than before, literally crying about it all day! They couldn't get her in for a emergency visit, so she went to the ER where that tooth now has a horrible infection. Ok, got antibiotics and it's finally healing after 3 weeks. Now goes to the dentist today, and I explained how horrible it's been and how infected it was! She looks at it, does a X-ray and says yes looks like a root canal, we will have to pull it.. I said she needs to be put under, she is literally scared and in pain. Well they wouldn't put her to sleep, so now got a referral for somewhere else that they can put her to sleep first. This poor kid and the dentist!!!!!

I was very impressed with everyone at All Smiles Dental. They were all very nice and made me feel relaxed during my appointment. I had a crown done and was very nervous but the dentist and the assistant made me feel very much at ease.

Most of the staff was nice. However, I asked if they were a pediatric dentist as my son has some major stuff going on. They said yes over the phone. Turns out they are not. The dentist just yelled at me the whole time, and was not helpful at all. She wouldn't listen to my concerns, and accused me of lying about my son's teeth. I will not go back here again. I have never been treated so poorly by a dentist. I am just appalled about the 3 hours I wasted between driving and being at the appointment.

I had a cleaning booked for many months. They messaged me 15 days before to tell me the doctor had a cancellation and they wouldn't be able to see me for a whopping 35 more days. I agreed and we rescheduled a time. When I showed up they claimed there was no appointment and that they had no idea what happened when I showed them the message where I rescheduled with them. They then said sorry and told me I can reschedule again but it would be 2 more months I would need to wait. As I was walking out I saw them reject another person. This place used to be great, but beware it's not anymore.

Mohammed is hands down the best dental assistant I have ever experienced. Kind, gentle, caring, and makes an annoying visit much more pleasant. Hopefully nobody accidentally bites him. Lol

Tried to charge me adult new patient price of $59 for my child, child price is advertised as $45... until I Called them out on it. Dentist did not take her time explaining anything. Out to get money. Not kid friendly. Update: spoke with manager, who was kind and you can tell cares about company. Still did not like the dentist we saw, and did not have an overall good experience but I did appreciate them reaching out.

I am one of those people whom have had MULTIPAL REALLY BAD experiences specifically regarding dental things and I am VERY different for many reasons that some times causes providers to become short, irritated and/or Ill mannered but the people here not only at the front desk, but also in the exam room the assistant and dentist both were SO helpful and patient with me and my questions and inquiries. Just Absolutely Blew my mind and for those reasons I WILL BE a continuing patient at THE ALL SMILES DENTAL IN MEDINA, MN! Thank you all~

Got a cleaning done, they broke my permanent retainer and I cut my tongue open on it because they pulled the adhesive off my retainer exposing the wire. Then got fillings done. My front tooth now has rough spots (told them and their response was it will wear down over time), then had a tooth that was causing me pain and got fillings done on that less than a month later I end up in emergency dentist needing a root canal because the Dr. Botched my filling and my tooth is now infected. Now I have had to pay out of pocket for an exam at the emergency dentist and will have to pay for a root canal or pull the tooth out and later get an implant. Heavily debating calling a lawyer.

All Smiles was able to fit me in for a short-notice appointment to take care of a tooth that was causing pain. Dr. Lu and her assistant were fast and thorough in their work. I will be back!

Horrible horrible horrible! First, they had my daughter sitting in the chair for 1 hour with no one wanting to help her, dentist came in and said she doesn't have time. Second, Dr. Lu got the large sanding drill stuck in my other daughters tongue and tore it away leaving it with a gaping hole(shown in picture) and unable to eat or talk for 1 week. Third, my son came in for a cleaning and was told he has cavities. Brought him in to get the cavities filled and now he has 2 teeth that are aching and sore. They made them hurt! Fourth, the hygienists wear crocs with bare feet. That is against protocol and extremely unsanitary. We are switching dentists and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST!

I wish I would have found this place years ago.My previous experiences were dreaded nightmares. My daughter miraculously was suggested by her dentist. Dr. Pham talked to me as an artist, describing my situation. He extracted 2 bottom teeth and filled some. I felt no pain after novacaine wore off. The next week he extracted 9 upper teeth in preparation for dentures. Again no pain I feel he is an excellent dentist. He has empathy and humor. I'm very grateful to have found him. His staff was wonderful also..

Very kind employees, but I had a very odd experience. Overall they seemed unprofessional and all over the place. They did $500 worth of dental work on me and did not inform me that my insurance wouldn't cover it until after they were finished and I had to pay out of pocket. The dentist was very rough on my face and grabbed me very hard. They also cut my tongue open while it was numb and blamed me for moving it even though I could not even feel it. Again, they were super kind but overall I was not pleased with the way they ran their business.
