Dr. Kajsa Novembre is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Dentistry and has been in private practice since 2005. She was the University of Colorados Division of Periodonticss suturing champion in 2005.
Dr. Kelly Clarkson is originally from Johnston, Iowa. She received her undergraduate degree at Hope College in Michigan. She attended the University of Iowa-College of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After graduating she entered the US Air Force where she completed a one-year Advanced Degree in General Dentistry (AEGD).
Jayne has been in the Dental Profession for 20+ years. She is a Certified Dental Assistant/Expanded Duty Dental Assistant, which allows her to use her skills and passion for dentistry on patients. She has been in charge of everything from managing staff, OSHA, ordering, and training, including having taught for several years at a Dental Assisting School.
We strive to make our patients feel at home in our office so their trip to their Colorado Springs dentist is a relaxing one. For this reason, we make sure our work environment is clean, professional and inviting.

Dr. Clarkson joined Colorado Dental Group in June 2015 and is looking forward to providing patients with the highest level of personalized and comfortable dental care available. It is her goal to tailor every treatment plan to fit each patients individual needs.

I have had some negative dental experiences in the past and was really scared to come to the dentist for the first time in 5+ years and to go to an unfamiliar office on top of that. My hygienist (unfortunately can't remember her name because it was a while ago!) and Dr. Clarkson were really wonderful and put me at ease. I also didn't feel any judgment for how long I had gone without a cleaning, which I had been worried about. I just had my 6 month cleaning today and Rhonda and Dr. Novembre were really wonderful and kind as well. Rhonda managed to make me laugh a few times and I'm usually a little too freaked out for that! Everyone I've interacted with at All Smiles has been really kind, patient, and gentle and I really appreciate you all!

I went in for a normal service in April 2021 and was told I owed nothing. I gave them my insurance card and had everything processed and told I owed nothing. I went back for another cleaning in October 2021 and was told I owed nothing. I again gave them all my insurance information and told I had no balance. I went in a second time and had my balance checked and told I owed nothing. Months later I then received a bill that I had past due balance which would be sent to collections. I contacted the office and was told I owed nothing. I was transferred to their billing department and was told they would take care of the letters I was receiving and to disregard them. I thought all was taken care of. Months later I start receiving the same bill again. I call the officer and told I owe nothing. I was transferred to billing where I had to leave a message and wait a couple days to get a response from Kristina. She calls me and tells me my account was sent to collections 6 months ago, and tells me at least one employee I spoke to there before no longer works there as though that justifies them sending my account to collections while telling me I have a $0.00 balance. She was rude, condescending, rattling off charges rather than explaining anything. She would not respond when I asked to have a letter sent to collections to have it removed. When I tried to tell her exactly what I was requesting, an itemized bill, payments made, and a letter sent to collections, she cut me off. This is probably one of the worst experiences I have had with a company who is providing a service I pay for. Kristina should probably find another type of job that does not involve customer service or billing that impacts a person's life with no regard for accuracy.

Super efficient and friendly staff at All Smiles! I'm a new patient and they were very welcoming, and I was thoroughly impressed by the facility. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. The exam rooms/sections have x-rays within them, so no need to move somewhere else to have them done. Somewhat minor, but the hygienists provide sunglasses for the exam (because of the bright light) and wrist blood pressure cuffs, which I've never had at a dental office before - very cool and modern. Further, the staff themselves work like a well-oiled machine, and I was out of there in less than 45m. Dr. Clarkson and my hygienist, Nancy, were phenomenal. I highly recommend All Smiles for your dental/orthopedic needs.

Did work on some teeth I clearly said multiple times I didn't want and only wanted her to work on x tooth.... Come to find out she worked on the thing I said multiple times I didn't want her to. I'm out the money I paid for a procedure I never wanted and stated at least 5 times what I wanted... The dentist is deaf and does what she wants. I had to go back 3 times and my teeth they did work on still hurt! This is exactly why I asked them not to. I also still never got what I wanted done to the other tooth. I paid hundred's of dollars to get scammed. Now they're billing me $50 for missing an appointment 6 months later when I clearly told them I no longer had insurance and would never be back. Go to a different dentist if you know what's best for you. Don't get scammed and your teeth damaged here.

There billing sends unsafe texts and emails. The emails are not even from All Smiles. It is very very dangerous to click on links in text messages and emails, and when you click on the links you get warnings stating they are unsafe. Thus, making their customers susceptible to malware and identity theft. To protect their patients they should mail the bills or make them accessible from their web site.
