Roger Suter knew that he wanted to be a dentist at an early age. His father, Roger, was a coal miner and his mother, Nancy, was a nurse at Fairmont General Hospital. During a coal mine strike, his parents took Roger to WVU School of Dentistry for dental care when he was 8 years old. He saw the young dental students having fun while they took care of people, and he knew that was what he was destined to do.A West Virginia native, Dr. Suter graduated from East Fairmont High School in 1994 and from Fairmont State College in 1998. His inspiration and commitment to become an outstanding dentist motivated him to graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree Cum Laude, and then on to graduate from West Virginia School of Dentistry in 2002. As further evidence of Dr. Suters dedication to excellence, he passed the Southern Regional Testing Agency (SRTA), which is recognized by 26 states.

Since then, the cornerstone of Dr. Suters dental practice is 14 years of experience and an innumerable amount of happy, trusting, and deeply valued patients. He is gifted with the ability to mesh both science and artistry to create beautiful, natural smiles for his patients.

Dr. Suter has a deep commitment to continuing education. Most outstanding of his studies was during his Fellowship in the International Dental Implant Association, where Dr. Suter became a licensed dentist in the Dominican Republic in order to travel there and study under world-renowned surgeon, Dr. Arun Garg. Dr. Suter has extensive training in the placement and restoration of single and multiple dental implants. He is certified in the use of various implant systems, which helps patients chew and smile with confidence.

Dr. Adam, a product of West Virginia, was born and raised in Charleston, WV. Very proud of his WV roots, Dr. Adam graduated as a student athlete from George Washington High School in 2006, where he played football and was an AP scholar. He then went on to attend West Virginia State University, graduating Cum Laude with Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biomedical science with a minor in economics in 2013. During his time in college, Dr. Adam discovered that dentistry was his calling, joining his hand skills with bedside manner to ensure only comfort for his patients. This prompted Dr. Adam to move from Charleston to Morgantown, and then would become a 2018 graduate of WVU School of Dentistry. Since then, Dr. Adam has practiced in Morgantown for 2 and half years refining his skills and expertise and is excited and honored to bring to the fine people of Clarksburg.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Adam enjoys his sports, if not playing the team sports of football, soccer, basketball, you can find him cheering on his favorite teams (Steelers, Arsenal, and Rockets). He also enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and trying new foods and restaurants with his lovely wife.

Michelle joined the All Smiles Dental team in August 2006 and is our wonderful Office Manager. She loves that over time she has been able to have great friendships evolve with our patients and that she is able to connect with patients on a personal level to make treatment and finances easier for them! Michelle has 2 beautiful daughters, Tessa and Alyssa, and became a Glammy to her sweet granddaughter Ezamae Ray in February 2022. When Michelle is not managing the office, she spends her time as an advocate for the homeless and helps operate Friends Feeding Friends which is a nonprofit organization that helps the homeless and drug addiction community in Clarksburg.

Robin Blosser joined the All Smiles Team May 25, 2003 as a Dental Assistant. She loves the family atmosphere and thinks the patients are wonderful. All of her co-workers make it fun to come to work everyday. Outside of the office, Robin loves to cook. She loves to spend time at racetrack with her family watching her step-son race motorcycles. She enjoys riding in her jeep with the top down with her dog Missy. Robin is married with three step children Travis, Kelsie, and TJ.

Glenna Lamm is a graduate of West Virginia University and has 28 years of experience as a registered Dental Hygienist. She and husband, Scott, are the parents of 3 daughters: Lindsey, who is a Dentist in Charleston, Presley, who is a Cardiac Intensive Care nurse at Ruby, and Gracey, who is in college at Fairmont State where she plays basketball and studies Pre Physical Therapy.

Samantha Dieringer is a WV native; born and raised in Bridgeport. Samantha attended WVU School of Dentistry and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She is very passionate about her work and loves to work with pediatric patients. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, being outdoors, exercising, and spending time with her family and friends.

Ashley Vincent started her career at All Smiles Dental in 2017. Shes thankful for the friends she has made here and the privilege of caring for our amazing patients! Outside of work Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband Brandon and their children Stella and Deacon.

Kayla started at All Smiles Dental in January 2018 as our Treatment Plan Coordinator and Marketing Director. She has 12 years experience in the dental field and absolutely loves being able to help our patients with all their treatment and financial needs so that they can afford the beautiful, healthy smile they deserve! When she isnt busy greeting our patients with a smile, she loves to spend time with her 2 daughters Jayde and Jessa and work out at the gym.

Katelyn Kimball graduated from WVJC in 2016 where she obtained her certification in Dental Assisting. After graduation she started working at All Smiles Dental as a hygiene assistant where she prides herself in giving the best quality care for our patients during their visit. In her spare time Katelyn likes to go on trips and spend time with her friends and family.

Erica graduated from WVJC in 2013 as a certified dental assistant. Erica loves the atmosphere here at All Smiles Dental and the compassion that each team member gives to their patients. After work Erica and her husband Devon love spending time with their daughter Aubri. In their spare time they love camping, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Samantha has been a dental assistant for several years and is one of the newer members of All Smiles Dental working with Dr. Adam Boustany. She loves the challenges and the excitement that are involved in the dental field. She likes the passion everyone has at All Smiles to go above and beyond for patients and their needs.Outside of work Samantha and her husband Brandon enjoy spending time with their son, Rhett, and fur baby, Gideon. They are also very excited to welcome the newest little one to their family in July 2022

Morgan graduated from WVJC with a Specialized Associates Degree in Dental Assisting in December of 2014. She joined the All Smiles Team in November of 2020 as the Dental Hygiene Coordinator. Morgan says she has worked in dentistry for 8 years and has never worked in a more family oriented and positive environment than she has here. She enjoys helping patients by greeting them with a smile when they walk in the door and helping them decide what their next move is to give them a more confident smile with treatment options. Outside of work Morgan enjoys riding their side by side, shopping, hunting, fishing, cruising, and spending all of her free time with her husband Andrew, her 5 year old Jebediah, their dogs Duke and Ella, as well as their family and friends. They will also be welcoming the final member of their family in October 2022.

Gabby Robey is a Dental Hygienist here at All Smiles Dental. She graduated from WVU in 2012 and had the honor of receiving the Monongahela Valley Dental Hygienists Association Award. Gabby is an animal lover who enjoys spending time on her farm with her husband Erick and 3 children Easton, Camryn, and Kire. Her goal at All Smiles is to help people maintain lifelong oral health while building great patient-provider relationships!
