Dr. Sunny Choy is agraduate of the New York University College of Dentistry and the Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to entering private practice, she completed a one-year general practice residency program at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, where she treated emergency dental and facial trauma cases. She took additional training in oral surgery, endodontics and prosthodontics.
Dr. Choy has a practice emphasis in aesthetic dental procedures, particularly smile makeovers involving dental bonding, placement of porcelain veneers and crowns in conjunction with gingival recontouring to create an aesthetically pleasing smile. For over a decade, she has been helping many patients create a beautiful smile with Invisalign, a great alternative to metal braces. It is a gentle process that is virtually invisible to improve your smile.
Dr Choy has had a lifelong passion for dance, which culminated in her being an NBA pro cheerleader for the Atlanta Hawks for the 2015-2016 season. Currently, Dr. Choy is a mother to a toddler boy who keeps her active.
Dr. Shokoufi graduated from dental school in Iran in 2005. He worked as a general dentist in his own private office in Iran till September of 2017. With his permanent move to the United States and his desire to continue his professional life as a dentist in United states he started his education in International advanced placement program in SIU-SDM.
Dr. Shokoufi graduated in may 2021 and moved to Atlanta .During his 17 years of practice, he has taken several advanced training courses on implant surgery, prosthetic aspects of implantology, rotary root canal therapy and retreatment of root canals. He is married and have 2 kids, ages 4 and 9.
After finishing high school as the class valedictorian, he attended the University of Georgia on a full academic scholarship. During his tenure at UGA, Dr. Do was active in many school-wide and community-related activities, including the American Chemical Society, Vietnamese Student Association, UGASymphony Orchestra, and the Athens Symphony Orchestra. As part of the UGA Honors program, he spent one summer abroad in Italy, where he took courses in genetics and art history, focusing on Italian Renaissance art. He culminated his studies by graduating Summa Cum Laude with Honors with his bachelor of science in biology and was also inducted in the Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society. He maintains ties with UGA by serving the office of admissions as a liaison.
Afterwards, Dr. Do attended the Medical College of Georgia (now known as Augusta University) to obtain his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. He was again active in many activities in school and around the community including giving violin lessons at the Jessye Norman School of the Arts and being a liaison for the International Student Exchange Program. Upon graduation, Dr. Do was inducted into the Alpha Upsilon Phi Honors Society for his leadership and community contributions.
Dr. Do immediately went into private practice in June 2015. He maintains a busy working schedule and takes continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with modern advances in dentistry. His main interests include cosmetic dentistry, oral medicine, and oral pathology.
In his spare time, Dr. Do enjoys playing tennis (he is a huge fan of Rafael Nadal) and cooking. He is also an avid runner, participating in several half marathons and his first marathon in 2014 in Chicago. Furthermore, he is a self-proclaimed foodie, lover of fiction and classical musician. He currently plays viola with the Gwinnett Symphony Orchestra. But most of all, Dr. Do lives for international travel and tries to visit new foreign countries as often as possible. Additionally, Dr. Do is the youngest of 5 and uncle of 11.

COOL DENTIST Thanks Dr Solomon for fixing the potholes in my mouth. My Hygienist Jeanna, you are the best, patient, warm and proffesional. X-ray is painless, patient to scrub all the spots, and x-rayed, scrubed again until you got it all out. Yeah thats is excellent client service, you went above and beyond. Thanks guys Happy New year.

I went to this dentist in dire pain about 6 months ago or so and needed my tooth pulled. So everything seemed to be going well until he went to pull tooth and I yelled as quietly as possible bc the pain was immense. They had the nerve to ask me to be quiet bc I was scaring other patients. What a joke! Maybe if you had numbed me correctly there would've not been an issue. I do not care for this place or the staff and they should be ashamed to charge $500 for a tooth extract that was not complicated.

Have you been avoiding your dental hygiene? Are you worried about being mistreated? Does the thought of the dentist bother you? For years I avoided the dentist, but I am more than happy to tell you about my experiences at this office. Now I've been there twice, both times went better than well. Three teeth removed without issue. Perfectly healed. They give you a full dental program. Like a step-by-step guide to better dental health. So now that they've done. Deep cleaning treatment, removing +10yrs of build-up. Gum disease is now gone from my mouth. Without insurance I paid cash out of pocket both times, procedures are not cheap. They do give a discount in the situation of no insurance. Expect a spotless facility and professional staff. Lastly, this is a real review, from flossing to polishing they are truly at your service.

Drove a hour just to come to this appointment to go back home with the same issue pay 115 just for photos of my mouth to get sent to a oral surgery associates for me to call In it's funny because I have to pay them as well for some Pictures this is ridiculous unsatisfied customer at least prescribe pain pills something for my visit

Dr. Solomon is super nice and detailed - explains everything. Office staff is polite and checks for coverage ahead of time. By far, one of the best dentists I have worked with!

Everybody at this dentistry is extremely nice and welcoming. This was the first time I've gone to the dentist and haven't gotten some snide remark about my teeth. They're also very upfront and honest. No random hidden charges or anything. Highly recommend.

The experience I had with Dr. Solomon Yakubov and his team was amazing! The procedure was a relatively comfortable experience and the customer service was second to none. The prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend the awesome team at Dentistry of Norcross.

Without a question one of the best dental practices I have come across. They were very accommodating with letting me schedule an appointment in convenient date and time for me. The implant work that they do is outstanding - Dr Roach. I worked with the other doctors there too - great work - Dr Solomon. The Dental Hygienist - Dianna - is the best; I have not been to a dental cleaning with so much care, patient consultation, and carefully done work. I communicated to a few other practitioners there that I just did not remember the names of - all great. The receptionist - Vessi - is an excellent communicator, explaining in detail office procedures, estimates for future work, work with insurance, etc. I strongly recommend the practice.

I can't thank Dr. Solomon Yakubov and his staff for the excellent job yesterday. That tooth had been in my mouth 57 years and did not want to come out. Lol. Also he did a great job installing my six inplants last year.
