Dr. Garramore is a native of Biddeford, Maine, and a graduate of Biddeford High School and the University of New England. Following college, Dr. Garramore pursued a graduate degree in biochemistry from the University of New Hampshire on a full academic scholarship.
During his graduate studies, Dr. Garramore realized that he desired to have a people-oriented lifestyle and not the lonely laboratory life of a scientist. His uncle Jim Ivory, a New York City oral surgeon, had a profound influence on him and he decided to follow in his unclesfootsteps.
Dr. Garramores decision to attend dental school took him toOral Roberts University School of Dentistry in Tulsa, Oklahoma. At graduation Dr. Garramore was awarded the Academy of General Dentistry outstanding senior dental student award by the dental faculty.
Following his dental school graduation, Dr. Garramore completed a general practice residency in dental medicine at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey. Then he returned to Biddefordand established his general dental practice.
Dr. Garramore currently lives in Scarborough and is married to the love of his life, Ginger. His interests included motorcycles, sports cars, cats, bettering his overall health, and local professional sports, including the Boston Celtics, Maine Red Claws basketball, andPortland Sea Dogs.
Dr. Vermette is a Biddeford naitive. Following graduation from Biddeford High Dr. Vermette served six years in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. When he returned home, Dr Vermette attended the University of New England where he earned a Bacholors of Science degree in Medical Biology. During his undergraduate stay he played collegiate rugby. When he completed his undergraduate studies he went on to attend the University of New England College of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Burke is a Maine native from Freeport. He graduated from Freeport High School and attended the University of New England. Dr. Burke otained a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Biology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. While attending U.N.E., Dr. Burke was very involved in the Biddeford and Kenebunk communities, volunteering at St.Louis Child Developement Center and being a youth mentor at Kennebunk Elementary School. After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Burke went on to attend the University of New England College of Dental Medicine.
Ginger has been a team member of All Smiles Dental as an office manager since 1993. She is a graduate of Casco Bay College with a paralegal degree. She is responsible for managing team administrative functions and patient coordination.Ginger is a native Maine resident and resides in Scarborough. When she is away from the office, she enjoys her many pets, cooking, movies, weight lifting, and walking Back Cove in Portland.
Melissa has been a team member of All Smiles Dental as an administrative assistant since 2021. She comes with a back ground in medical coding and billing. She resides in North Waterboro with her family. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and with her friends.
Tatyana has been a team member of All Smiles Dental as a registered dental hygienist since 2015. She is a graduate of the University of New England. In 2021 she obtained her Master of Science degree from Massachusettes College of Pharmacy & Health Science.Not only is she a wonderful dental hygienist, but has also been helpful as a chairside and front officeassistant. When not at work she enjoys fitness training, snowboarding, surfing, camping, and disc golfing. Ifshe is unable to be outdoors, she love to spend her free time cuddling with her pets. She currently resides in Saco with her husband.
Samarahas been a dental assistant since 2013 and a team member of All Smiles Dentalsince 2017. She is a Maine native and resides in Lyman with her husband. She enjoys doing outdoor activities, being a foodie, spending time with friends, family and her cat, Cookie.
Kaicee has been a dental assistant since 2017. She recently joined our clinical team in 2019. Kaicee is a Maine native who lives in Biddeford with her boyfriend. When not working she spends her time with family, friendsand her dog Bruin. Her favorite Maine season is summer where she spends most of her time at the beach or at country western concerts.
Danielle is a 2018 graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a degree in Recreational Therapy. After working as a C.T.R.S. for four years, Danielle decided to pursue a career in dental assisting at All Smiles Dental. When not at work, she enjoys roller skating, paddle boarding, camping, traveling and spending time with friends and family. She currently resides in Wells with her two cats.

My first appointment at All Smiles Dental and I was impressed with the friendliness of all the staff. Casey and Dr. Burke were professional and welcoming. Good experience with Hannah. The first time she has cleaned my teeth and she was very professional and thorough.

At a couple of other dentists, there was a long wait for an appointment; not here. They got me in within 2 weeks, gave me a good evaluation and x-rays, a cleaning, and a treatment plan. I will have to go back for a cap on an old tooth with a crack, but I expected that. I was impressed that they showed me several color photos of the tooth that was damaged. They also didn't suggest unneeded work. I saw Dr. Dan Burke and Samara. Good folks!

Each time that I have come in for either dental work or a cleaning, Dr. Vermette and my dental hygienist T have executed thorough, informative, and pain free dental experiences. They take the time to listen to what my needs were, what my financial situation allows for, and took the time to setup a game plan for how I can go about things that I need to get done in an efficient manner while keeping my health in mind. I will continue to refer patients to this office and appreciate all of their great work!

For years I have received great routine care and when I have needed more extensive work it has been top of the line. The detail and quality of the dental work has been superb. Additionally it's always pain free and the organization of the front office is a pleasure.

We are living in an age where customer service has taken a back seat and been replaced by corporate dentistry where production and profit are the number one priority. There are few services that are more personal than going to a dentist. So when you chose a practice where you feel like a number on someone's schedule of daily tasks you know in your gut that something is not quite right. We don't really need to have a degree in dentistry to know when expedited service and money are king. No, we don't need anyone tapping us on the shoulder to remind us that respectful, friendly, professional, quality, knowledgeable, competent, caring, compassionate service should never be outdated and out of fashion. I have been on medicare for approximately two years now. And finding dentistry with up-to-date technology combined with old school ethics and values did not happen right away. That is not until I decided to give All Smiles Dental a try. Not only have they met my expectations, but they have exceeded them by a country mile. The staff is genuinely friendly, extremely competent, and knowledgeable in their chosen specialties. And to put the "icing on the cake" (bad choice of words for a dentist) they come into work every day with a smile on their faces to serve us in the middle of a pandemic double-masked and a face shield as though they are on the front line in the middle of a war zone. Speaking for myself; This pandemic has reminded me to appreciate those around me who go out of their way (under extreme circumstances) to serve me and improve my life in some way. By now it certainly may sound like a cliche but there are heroes among us and the people at All Smiles Dental are the best of the best. In closing this review I don't really need anyone to tell me that this is not your everyday kind of review. And some may say it's a little over the top. These are unprecedented times, and when we are fortunate to have those who step up to the plate and serve us with a smile, I think it's important to appreciate them. When you arrive at All Smiles you may find that you will be greeted outdoors before you are greeted indoors. Mrs. Garramore (wife of Dr. Garramore) is an incurable animal lover and she has spoiled the ducks in the nearby marsh with their daily bread! I have had many dental experiences where I was told they accepted my insurance but then received surprise bills months later. That has not been the case with All Smiles. They accept our insurance and do not push uncovered services for which I will be billed months later. They are efficient and professional and their office is conveniently located. I appreciate their honesty.

This was my first visit to All Smiles Dental & I must say that this place is quite remarkable. All of the staff were very friendly, not only to me but to one another. I immediately noticed everyone smiling & seemed to enjoy what they do. They took the time to keep me informed of what they were doing & actively listened to all of my questions. Excellent customer service!

So happy that a friend recommended this office to me! Had a dental emergency over a year ago and had trouble getting an immediate appointment with anyone, All Smiles Dental took me in as soon as they could. Dr. Garamore treated me and still does - I have never been more satisfied with a dentist and with the amazing crew he has working with him. Every person I've met there has been extraordinary, and specifically Ginger, Rachel and Samara are true professionals that do excellent work with positive attitudes - oh, and of course the one-liner herself Casey!! As long as I live anywhere near this area All Smiles will be my dentist, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office to anyone!

I recently had my new patient visit with the team at All Smiles and what a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door! I have had many dentists and hygienists in my lifetime and this team is hands down the best. From reception, to cleaning, x-rays and exam, I received top notch service and care. The office has always been beyond clean. However, I was still nervous to go for my cleaning during the COVID pandemic. I immediately felt better upon arrival. Signs on the door with clear instructions, hand sanitizer station prior to entering and clear signage inside. Everyone was fully masked, hygienist were double masked and wore face shields. They informed me they clean every inch of the room between patients, down to cleaning the informational sheets hanging on the walls. The teeth cleaning process itself has been modified for safety by adding additional steps and stronger suction equipment. It was extremely impressive to see the extreme attention to detail being taken in order to keep the staff and clients safe. I have gone to All Smiles Dental for 13+ years so with certainty I can say, I trust, appreciate and wholeheartedly recommend All Smiles Dental.

I want to thank you all for the excellent care I received at your practice. I feel that this was the best experience I have had in a very long time at a dental appointment. You were all so friendly and kind. Everyone explained the procedures and rationales for treatment so well. I had a great dentist and hygienist when I was a child and young adult (starting at 4 years old). They set my expectations of what a dental visit should be. But since my childhood dentist retired (many years ago), I have struggled to find a group of practioners who could provide the level of care I had been accustomed to. I have had many disappointments, unfortunately. However, at All Smiles Dental, I received excellent professional care. Your hygienist, Rachel, provided the best exam and cleaning that I have had in a very long time. Dr Vermette also provided exceptional care and skill. All the staff were so very friendly, kind, and professional. Thank you all very much! I will look forward to working with your exceptional group in the future.

My husband and I recently joined all smiles and the experience was wonderful. Ginger and Melissa are exceptional, very friendly, professional, and pleasant on entering the building. I much appreciated the office fitting me in on their first day back after their one week vacation! It was not an emergency but certainly something that needed attention. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and appreciated them discussing the options for my situation!
