Having known Dr Tim for a few years now, I am consistently impressed by his bedside manner and the overall care he takes. Most recently, I came in with a small issue I just wanted checked out, I was taken in swiftly, checked out, and sorted out with the upmost care and attention. Despite me feeling silly for coming with such a small issue Dr Tim didn't complain at all, and took care of everything. If you want good dental treatment anywhere in PA, go to All Smiles Dental.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Tim for over 13 years. All four of our kids (Ages 2-11) are also taken care of by him and his staff. They're great with kids and they have, without exception, been kind, knowledgable and professional. Here's just one example; on August 22nd of 2014 I had an accident while overseas that called for immediate dental care. I happened to be flying home to the US that evening, so instead of trying to get seen from someone fro m the NHS that I didn't know I called Dr. Tim while in London. I let him know what happened and the crazy pain I was in. He said "no problem, let me know when you land tonight, I'll meet you at my office". I landed in Philly. He met me THAT NIGHT and performed an emergency root canal. Followed up, never any issues with the tooth since... Honestly, I'm not sure what these other folks are talking about, but I would and have recommended All Smiles Dental to anyone looking for consistent quality dental care.

There are a few great dentists in the ambler area, this is not one! Go to real dentist and save your teeth and wallet. I only went here for a year and had nothing but problems. I ended up getting a root canal in December and it was nothing short of a nightmare. I had the 1st appointment the Thursday before Christmas and was told by Dr. Tim, that I would only be in discomfort for a day or 2 and to not chew on that side. Well I was in pain all the way through Christmas and was not told that the office would be closed that entire weekend. So basically I had no one to follow up with. Then on New Year's day the temp filling completely crumbed and left me with a jagged tooth that was extremely uncomfortable. I called the "emergency phone number" and Dr. Tim called me back said to call the office the next day and they will grind down the edges. The next day I went in and he acted like it was no big deal. When I went back for my 2nd appointment my tooth was filed down to a stub and no temp crown was put on it because Dr. Tim said it was unnecessary since it was in the back of my mouth. In reality I wish I had a temp filling because the area around my tooth left a lot of exposed gum and eating was not comfortable. Then 2 weeks later I went back for my 3rd appointment to have the permanent crown put on. I was told that I would not be in any pain or discomfort. After 2 months of still having issues, feeling throbbing and dull pain in that tooth I ended up going to a specialist and discovering I needed the root canal retreated since it was not done correctly to start with. I have ended up spending over a thousand dollars and went through months of pain and discomfort. At no time during my experience did I feel like Dr. Tim was interested in making me comfortable or sorry that he did not treat me properly.

I was visiting from out of town and went to dr Tim, who was my son's dentist, to have a crown re-cemented, which was over an implant. The moron used a permanent cement and when it came loose this time, the post could not be separated from the crown. My dentist said that Dr Tim obviously didn't have any experience with implants because he should never have used the permanent type of cement. As a result, I have had to have a new crown built which is very costly. Plus, which Dr Tim charged me $200.00, which should have been done at minimal cost. So not only did he do it wrong but he overcharged. When this had happened before, the re-cementing was free by my regular dentist. My son went through extensive treatment for a brain tumor and his gums bled all the time, which we thought was a result of the radiation and chemo. When he switched dentists, he found that his dental care had been so poor that once the new dentist initiated a proper treatment, his bleeding stopped. His dentist told him that the bleeding was due to poor dental care. I would not let this guy treat my dog.
