Dr. Gary Imm is committed to progressive, extraordinary care for his guests. All Smiles Dental Care trains at least 300 hours each year at such prestigious centers as the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dentistry. (LVI) Dr. Imm has been published in many well-respected dental and medical publications over the years and continues an active coaching practice helping other dentists succeed.
Dr. Imm also loves to share his talents with those in need. Over the years, he has completed a mission trip to Costa Rica, as well as serving regularly at the Hoffman Memorial Clinic in Smith Island, Maryland. He is also an annual volunteer for the Smiles for Life Foundation, as his team consistently places in the top 50 offices in the nation in donations to the fund to help this childrens charity.
The All Smiles Dental team has earned several other awards including the Best Dental Office in Carroll County, and the Best Customer Service Award in Carroll County. Additionally in 2002, they were selected from among the top 150 offices in the United States as the office that implemented the best guest care techniques by the Master Plan Alliance.

Awesome visit today. First time in 25 years I have been to the dentist and they were all great! I was so at ease and comfortable that I am actually looking forward to my next appointment! Thanks for being so kind and understanding! 11/7/22. Had an appointment today and it was another great experience. Always good to see the Dr. And as always the staff is super friendly and informative as well as professional. I wish I had come here years ago. Looking forward to a better smile!

I've been going to All Smiles for years......not sure how many. I see Holly regularly every 6 mo. They are a great, fun group. Sort of like Cheers, where everyone knows your name! (if you're old enough to remember Cheers) My father went there for years and Dr. Imm would always fit him in when he needed something as he got older. A very caring group who know what they're doing and care how you are doing too! How many dentists give you a fresh baked cookie when you leave?

All Smiles is one of the best places that I have gotten my teeth cleaned/checked at in Westminster. They have made the office a safe environment for everyone and have continued with their sanitation processes even after COVID has diminished. And Yes, they are still smiling under their masks :) Would highly recommend All Smiles to anyone looking for a dentist. They are a home away from home, a second family, a group of people I dont MIND visiting first thing in the morning to get my teeth cleaned! Dr. Imm was the only dentist our 4year old daughter, now 35 years old, would allow look at her teeth. Our family has been going to Dr. Imm, now All Smiles Care, since that time.
