FRAUD ALERT --- FRAUD ALERT She ruined 2 of my teeth. I have filed a complaint against her and hope everyone else does. please stay away from this place. Also post here that you filed a complaint so that we can force the state dental board to shut her down.

PLEASE HELP ME, They told me my son had 8 cavities. I could only afford 2 at the time. I then talked to a friend who said to avoid this place. I went to another dentist who said my son's teeth were fine and she did not have any cavities Why would someone do this to an innocent child? I have verified with google that the Positive reviews are fake accounts.

Dr. Zhang is the best! She is very accommodating and always sees me right away when I need dental help! Casey at the front desk is also very helpful

All Smiles' beautiful office conviently located in central Royersford, PA is filled with hard working doctors and staff who all work together to have patients in and out quickly. All Smiles does great work and are "Everyone Friendly"!!! I was just there again today and got the usual friendly and fast treatment and my teeth look AMAZING!!!

I've never felt so uncomfortable going to a dentist in my life. I've tried ignoring comments made over the years but the final straw was taking my kids. My 7 year old son had a cavity and when he got the novacaine shot he didn't flinch but when Dr. Zhang poked his tooth with the metal dental explorer before the numbing, and he cried, she made a rude comment insinuating he was dramatic. I ended the appt right there and When I took him to a pediatric dentist, they said it's no wonder he cried there was an infection in the tooth and she poked it with a dental probe. It was just rude and to say that bc a 7 year old cried for 45 seconds, was- off putting- to say the least. And the amount of side comments she has made about me. If I had a cavity or something wrong, she makes you feel like a piece of *hit for it and makes comments about what I could have done to create this. She was the dentist- fill the cavity, let me know what to do to prevent new ones, don't make comments making me feel horrible for having my 3rd cavity in all my 36 years of life. I put off going and end up hurting myself bc my anxiety going to see her was so bad. I ended up locating a dentist, even closer to me, that doesn't make me feel worthless for having a cavity. Edit to my original review: I also want to mention that she told me I had 12 cavities. 12! I made my next appointment with a new dentist and I had 2 and my crown needing replacing. That's a huge difference. I swear to you on my life she told me I had 12. I still have the form. And come to find out it's only 2 cavities? That's sick. I've heard other people have this experience and thought that they had to be joking. Reading thru these reviews, seeing the positive ones from people with 1-2 reviews, also confirms that she is creating fake accounts to drown out the real reviews which all back up the same claims as me as well....

Dr Zang is always there for her patients when they need her. She is kind ,personable, and goes out of her way to make every patient feel as if they were the most important person in the world. I had a emergency right before I went on vacation and she saw me the next day just to help make sure I would look my best while with friends and family. I definitely recommend this Dentist because they are the best around!

I've never been to a worst dentist, I had 2-3 appointments with this office and I refuse to go back. Everyone is very nasty and rude and unpleasant. Even the lady at the front desk was rude. I'm all for fast service to get in and get out... however they did a poor job on my teeth and the dentist was actually working on the wrong tooth in my mouth and I had to correct her.... I don't recommend this place to anyone even if it's your last resort. If I could give negative stars I would.

I never write reviews but, I went for a cleaning yesterday after a year due to insurance issues and the lady who cleaned my teeth was absolutely sloppy and was very rough on my teeth. I got my braces off not too long ago so I'm still a little sensitive. I'm disappointed because I've been going here since I was a kid and I've never had an issue or bad experience. She said if I am ever uncomfortable during the cleaning, to raise my hand which I had to do multiple times. Time to move on, I guess.

Wonderful people here! Dr. Zhang is amazing and always takes very good care of me. She is such a great human being and spends time handling all of my dental needs as well as building my self esteem. Have nothing but great things to say about this practice, the staff here are all truly good people and take the time to care for all my needs. Thank you!

Waited 2 hours in this place so the dentist can let me know that I had to pay all out of pocket . THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS Told her I needed to just make sure with my insurance company that it wasn't covered . She right away got offended and was pretty much done with me once I wasn't going to give them money that day. She rushed me out . There sooo rude . They work for $$$$$ nothing else . All my filling fall out and I started to realize this place I will never go again to . They will never receive a penny from me . STAY AWAY . By the way my insurance said they would just need to send an authorization and it will be taking care of . My Insurance company has authorizations coming in all day. She wasn't even having that she just wanted money. She's so rude to the people she works for .

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HYGIENE WORK: DO NOT WORK HERE. SHE HIRES ONLY INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND GIVES YOU A 1099 MISC. TAXES HIT YOU SOOOOOO HARD AS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR!!!!!! THIS MEANS YOU WOULD BE REPORTED BY HER AS A ''NON EMPLOYEE'' INCOME. SHE WILL NEVER TAKE TAXES OUT FOR YOU AND AT THE END OF THE YEAR YOU LOOSE A LOT OF MONEY WHEN YOU DO YOUR TAXES. I AM ALMOST CERTAIN IT IS THE SAME IF YOU ARE NOT A HYGIENIST AND WORK AS FRONT DEST/ASSISTANT ETC. DO NOT WORK FOR HER YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an appointment for a cleaning and the staff was great! The place was clean and everyone was professional. I didn't have to wait to long to be taken back. No cavities yay for me!
