The staff at all seacoast are wonderful! Always very accommodating and professional. I'm always met with a smile and always taken very good care of. I've never been happier with another dentist office !

Very bad, they put a temporary filling I'm my tooth, and to put a permanent 1 in, they make an appointment and keep rescheduling on me. It be over a year now with a temporary filling for they won't fill it.

This place is horrible! Do not go here! Was decent when the other dentist was around not sure her name but this new dentist is terrible and clearly has a major attitude problem! I now see why the rating are so low!

Front desk lady very unprofessional!! I have been dealing with them regarding a claim to my insurance as I mistakenly gave the wrong information. I did pay with my credit card so they didn't have to wait, but knowing they would put in a claim after I gave the correct information. But now it's been 2 months and nothing has been credited to my account. Every time I call she says they are waiting for insurance, and last time I called she says why don't you call insurance and that dr Jason Turley would call me, that was last week and no call. I called insurance and they say no claim was put in, so I called dentist again today and when I said my name, she said omg!! Omg?? I have to call you again!! She said the doctor wrote it off, I said what's that? Did he refund my card and for how much? She could not/would not answer and stated yelling at me saying it's my fault!!, ya I understand in the beginning it was, but it was rectified and now you put in a claim, get paid from my insurance and refund my card. But it's always something!! And yet, still no call back from dr turley!!! Unbelievable!! Guess I have something for solve it 7. Thanks for doing right by your patients, not.

They lied and said I didn't have an appointment on 2 different occasions despite my having appointment cards. They would frequently try to change appointments after the fact, too. They rescheduled my last appointment citing the dentis's car trouble. My new appointment was today. They tried to reschedule again but I really needed to be seen due to increasing pain. They also said that they tried to call yesterday to confirm but that I didn't answer. I never received any calls. They responded by saying it went straight to VM. I didn't have any messages either. Then they said the line was disconnected. When I got there, they tried the number and, of course, it worked. The hygienist then told me that I never had a previous appointment and attempted to discredit me despite my having proof. When I said I didn't appreciate how I was being treated or her failed attempt to show that I was being dishonest, she said I was saying "dangerous" things and that now she'd have to write up a report so she couldn't treat me then told me I had to leave. As I stood in the doorway dumbfounded as to what just happened while fighting back tears, I asked for a supervisor or patient rep. She said she was the supervisor, that they're a private office, and refused to provide me with my records or anyone else to speak with, then aggressively gestured to the door in front of other patients and told me to go. Aside from being publicly humiliated and still with a painful dental issue, being treated so poorly has left me hesitant to seek out a new provider. I deeply regret having recommended them to anyone.

This is the WORST dental practice I've ever been to and I've been to many. Patty the assistant is very rude and calls out MassHealth patients as if they don't matter. Waiting for a crown that was prepped months ago. They couldn't properly adjust a partial they made, so I bought a new one out of the country which was ruined during the crown impressions with them. Spoke to Jason, office manager/owner who screamed and swore at me.

I liked my dentist there, but am going to be looking for a new place because I don't feel comfortable with the front desk woman. She was nice a couple years ago, but the last couple of times I have spoken with her there has been a palpable attitude towards me. I had an appointment scheduled about a year ago while I was 5 months pregnant or so, that I was not able to make. So I called and left a message asking to reschedule. Never got a call back, that's okay. Made an appointment for this past week and came down HARD with the flu. She called me 15 minutes after my appointment, I had explained that I had intended to call and reschedule but that I was very sick and apologized profusely...I asked if we could reschedule and she cut me off and said "you know what - I'll just call you if anyone cancels." My appointment was because I'm experiencing tooth pain...I wanted to make another one but apparently that wasnt doable and I am to wait indefinitely?? Extremely unprofessional.

Dr. McCormick and his staff are very professional and friendly. This review was made after my first 3 visits from Sept 2019-Jan 2020. One visit for x-rays and examination of broken tooth, the next visit for more x-rays and basic cleaning, and one visit for repairing cavities. Overall 5/5 experience and they were also very helpful with determining what my insurance would cover.
