This is the worst place I've ever been so far... I'm supposed to get my wisdom tooth removed and they didn't even took X-rays to check on the extraction they are supieses to do! The consultation took max 5 min like really? 5 minutes?

Update: They got my partial done in two days after everything that happened and just in time for Christmas since they are closed tomorrow on Christmas Eve. I also got a very heartfelt apology and made corrections to fix the staffing issue. Overall I am very satisfied and happy I won't have to find a new dentist. Thanks so much for fixing this in time for Christmas. Happy Holidays and thanks All Pro Dental. I love the dentist. But something needs to be done with the staff. Had an impression made for a partial for my front tooth, two weeks before Thanksgiving hoping that I would have it before meeting my bfs family for the holidays. Been calling every week since to see if my partial has come in. Every week, the person on the phone sounded annoyed to have to deal with me. Half of the time they never took my name and looked to see if my partial came in, just responded "don't worry we will call you when it comes in" and hangs up. Finally came in today to get my partial and it doesn't fit. Come to find out my partial had been there ready for me to get since before Thanksgiving. And because it doesn't fit I had to have another impression made and a new partial made. Hopefully I can get it before Christmas. But very disappointed in the staff.

Appointment at 2:30, was 10 minutes early to start. 2:45pm and I asked what time I was getting called in. Mind you there was another person who was 30 minutes late that came in 2:37pm and was called in before me. Got called in at 2:50pm. No one was polite or nice and said why the doctor was running behind. Didn't get to meet the doctor. 3:15pm went to the front desk and canceled my appointment. NO ONE offered to ask why, what had happened. All she said was, you're all set.

I went in there already knowing what i need to get done. Which would take no more than 15 mins. Sadly this place think they are smart enough to charge you for a visit and reschedule you for another pointless appointment while they could of done it right away. I guess if insurance is paying for it you guys usually enjoy doing that. But you should take in consideration that some people are paying out of pocket. So as health people and doctors that went to school for years, you are intellectual people and should act like it.

I thought it was great until I was late 15 minutes then the dentist canceled my appointment. I had to move on then never heard from them again. Very professional!

My visit was amazing father the only dentist that I don't mind going to considering everybody hates dentists I actually enjoy this facility and all their staff they were extremely informative and helpful and I look forward to joining all my teacher dental work and procedures with them stop ,DR Terry I can't say enough she was amazing and trust worthy the

4 stars only because you can't do half stars. There was distancing in the waiting area. All the rooms were clean, the assistants were polite and helpful and the dentist was engaging and helpful. My cleaning went off without a hitch.

Dr. Terry is so nice, so personable and yet so professional. Everyone on the staff treat you very nicely . In the bathroom is impeccably clean. I'd recommend anybody to go there.
