Educated at UNC, Dr. Claypoole has been practicing since 1999 and strives to stay at the forefront of modern dental care practices. Throughout his career, he has had opportunities to work across North Carolina serving the dental needs of various populations and diverse communities. His broad range of experience has given him insight into patient needs and expectations, and he understands how to give confidence to the patient and alleviate any concerns.
In addition to his father, Dr. Claypoole was also influenced by others in his young life. Morris Griffin, DDS (pictured below with his wife, Dr. Claypooles mother, Kathy Griffin), a now retired dentist from Durham, NC, was Dr. Claypooles childhood dentist and family friend. He is a very respectable man and was a well-accomplished dentist during his 40+ years of service to the community.
Michelle S. Claypoole, with a background working in the dental office and education in specific business studies, including creative entrepreneurship, business administration, and a special focus on conflict resolution and patient service, is someone who is passionate about getting to know all of our patients and their families in an effort to best ensure that all receive first-class service and attention at all times, whether that be during office hours, late in the evenings, or on the weekends. She is quick to make patients feel at ease by building confidence, trust, and friendships with each patient, seemingly an easy task with her understanding nature and commitment to that mission. She is also devoted to educating patients when they ask about their own unique dental circumstances and needs.
Outside of the dental office, Michelle is an avid reader in many disciplines making her an essential resource of information. Fun fact: she has a degree in music from Berklee in Boston, Massachusetts, and enjoys putting that knowledge to use by singing, writing, and composing her own music. As a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, she loves recording music in her home studio and spending time mentoring young musicians. She is ultimately working toward her doctorate degree in music education. Michelle is a family-oriented woman and loves being with her husband, Dr. Claypoole, and their 5 children.
Courtni Campbell is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Dental Hygiene program. Courtni and her husband, Halbert (both pictured), now reside in Roxboro, NC, as her husband completed his dental studies and graduated from the UNC Adam's School of Dentistry in 2020, and is now working as a dentist in Roxboro, NC. Courtni is dedicated to the dental health care profession and is an excellent hygienist here at All People Dentistry with a gentle touch. She is kind and works diligently to make each and every patient feel comfortable as she cleans and polishes their teeth. She makes a special effort to get to know everyone in her dental chair during the process. Our patients love coming to see Courtni and often mention looking forward to their next cleaning visit because of their experience in her chair. In addition to being our hygienist, Courtni is responsible for many facets behind the scenes in the office.
Courtni has specialized training in iTero scanning and performs 3-dimensional scans on patients sometimes daily. She also creates all posts for All People Dentistry's Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms, and more. Courtni is inherently a creative person and is very resourceful in the office, naturally making her an asset to our dental practice. She runs a busy hygiene schedule everyday making every patient feel special along the way. When Courtni is not at All People Dentistry, she loves spending time with her family and fur babies, Bella and Molly, and her favorite tv show is The Office. Galilea Chavez is a dental assistant at All People Dentistry. She graduated from Triangle School of Dental Assisting in 2019 and loves helping people achieve their perfect smile. Some of Galilea's strengths include her swiftness in the office as she prepares operatories for different dental procedures, her willingness and eagerness to learn, her bubbly personality, and wonderful people skills. Galilea is also bilingual, allowing All People Dentistry the opportunity to provide thorough communication and, therefore, all-inclusive care for all of our Spanish-speaking patients, as well. Currently, Galilea is working on expanding her dental assisting credentials both on the job and in her spare time which will broaden her functions in the office, not only in her chairside skills, but also in her knowledge as she converses with patients about dental procedures. Trained in iTero technology, Galilea does 3-D scans for patients that helps determine candidacy for Invisalign and is also a step in the process of same-day crowns. Patients love Galilea and her unforgettable laugh, as we all do! She is a fun and loving person that works very hard every single day at All People Dentistry, and she is certainly on a path to leaving a lasting impression on patients and achieving all of her goals in the field of dentistry. Outside of the dental office, Galilea loves spending time with her family and friends, and adores the time she spends with her german shepherd, Oso. Galilea lives in Creedmoor, NC, where she also runs a successful jewelry business online called Sweet Blossom Accessories. Hannah Blalock is a dental assistant at All People Dentistry. She attended Sandhills Dental Career Center in 2014 and has a passion for dentistry and helping people. Hannah has many strengths. She is hard-working, is always focused on her job, and gets along well with our patients and staff. She has a positive attitude that is palpable and pleasing to be around. One of the many facets of dentistry that drew Hannah in is how much she loves to help patients restore their smile and feel comfortable while they are on their journey to their dream smile. Hannah has a passion for cleaning and organizing the dental office all while maintaining an efficient flow in tandem with the rest of the All People Dentistry Smile Team throughout the course of the day. Hannah has over 6 years of experience working as a dental assistant and finds dentistry to be very rewarding. We all admire her work ethic and overall dedication to All People Dentistry's mission to help all people. Hannah also has experience working with the iTero scanner and utilizes that experience at All People Dentistry by performing 3-D scans on patients when needed. She is a kind and loyal person, and she will leave a positive impact in the world of dentistry as she continues to advance in her career. These are skills that dental offices aspire to find in an assistant, and we are grateful she is with us. Outside of the dental office, Hannah loves making new memories as she loves spending time with her family, friends, and her family's 4 dogs; Clyde, Girlfriend, Benji & Tip and 4 cats; Stash, Little Bit, Jr., and Scaredy. Hannah lives in Broadway, NC, where she was also born and raised.
Randi Nipper is the newest addition to the All People Dentistry Smile Team! She graduated from the dental assisting program at The Sandhills Dental Career Center in 2014 and has been working in dentistry for nearly 3 years. Randi started her career in dentistry because of her love of people. She wants to be involved in the process in which people restore their dental health, and consequently, restore a piece of their self-esteem and confidence along the way. Randi decided that working in dentistry is very rewarding. Randi worked 12 years as a preschool teacher prior to attending the dental assisting program at Sandhills and has a clear love for people of all ages. She has many wonderful qualities that are essential in her role as an administrative specialist. Randi is kind, has a strong work ethic, an endless positive attitude, and is eager to help as many people as she can in our office.
