Here at All Kids Smile Pediatric Dentistry, we are proud to specialize in pediatric dentistry. We truly believe in starting children off right when it comes to their dental health. It is our goal to ensure that each visit goes well so that they think of the dentists office as a good place. Our entire staff is wonderful with children, allowing them to relax while we care for their teeth.
Our dentists and staff have received extra training for primary teeth. Our goal is to protect your childrens teeth so they can eat and speak correctly. We will do whatever we can to help your children have the bright smiles they deserve.
Dr. Park was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. He was accepted to the University of British Columbia in 2004 with the Oral B Entrance Award and graduated with his DMD degree from the University of British Columbia in 2008 with the British Columbia Society of Pediatric Dentists Prize. He then moved to Long Island in NY to complete his residency in pediatric dentistry at Stony Brook University, which he completed in 2010.
Dr. Park always had a passion for teaching. After finishing his residency and working in private practice, he joined the Yale-New Haven Hospital Pediatric Dental Program, to teach the pediatric dental residents full time from 2012-2013. He eventually returned to providing treatment for patients at private practices but eventually wishes to return to full-time teaching after retirement.
Dr. Park is active in keeping up with the new trends in dentistry and keeps himself busy by taking courses in various fields of dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association and American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Park has a very gentle demeanor and enjoys working with children and adolescents. His wife is a pharmacist in the Capital District. Outside of their careers, they enjoy hiking and exploring the outdoors.
Dr. Moran graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School in 1969. He went onto Queens College and received a degree in Biology. He then attended Dental School at the University of Buffalo and received his doctorate degree in dentistry in 1978. During his dental school years, he volunteered to treat children and adults with special needs at the Erie Community Development Center. He also volunteered two summers to treat children at the Childrens Hospital of Buffalo, New York. Following dental school, he did a two-year residency at the Childrens Hospital of Buffalo to specialize in pediatric dentistry.
He has been practicing pediatric dentistry and orthodontics in the capital district since July 1980. Aside from his private practice, he supervised and taught pediatric dentistry to dental residents for 20 years at the Albany Medical Center. He has given several lectures on restorative materials and techniques in dentistry for children. In 2007 he did dental screenings at the Summer Special Olympics of New York State.
His mission is to provide a comfortable, home-like atmosphere to meet the dental needs of infants, children, and adolescents, as well as orthodontics for all his patients. New kids are always welcomed.
His favorite past-times are gardening and landscaping, Ballroom dancing, singing, and playing the guitar. Most importantly, he loves playing basketball. His greatest joys are his wife Wendy, his daughters Lisa and Suzanne, and his granddaughters Samantha, Caitlyn and Rebecca.
Bridgette Grugan is a 1998 graduate from Hudson Valley Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been practicing since 1998 encouraging children and adolescents to maintain a healthy oral hygiene. Bridgette is a mother of three children, a daughter Sydney and twins, Ryan and Rylee.
Kelly Byrne is a 2020 graduate from Hudson Valley Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She loves the field of Dental Hygiene and always wanted to work with children. Kelly was a patient of Dr. Morans since she was three years old. She has wanted to work in this office since she chose dental hygiene as her career.

The staff here is amazing! They are so kind, friendly, and understanding. Everything was clean and well organized. They made the whole experience so comfortable. Would recommend to anyone!

Perfect experience on every level! Easily scheduled an appointment for the first time with All Kids Smile for my 9 and 11 yr old. My 11 yr old is admittedly difficult when it comes to dentist appointments and doesn't like her teeth touch. The staff was AMAZING!! with my girls. They allowed them to come up front and check in with me every once in awhile and the staff would check in also letting me know what they were doing. My 11yr old had to have baby teeth extracted because x-rays showed adult teeth growing up into them. I was nervous, knowing how she does with this sort of thing. Dr. Park and staff let her pick a movie to watch and kept her very calm. As we were leaving my kids actually told me they had "Fun". Never thought I would hear that from a trip to the dentist. Dr. Park followed up the next day and asked how they were doing. My only complaint is I can't have them do my cleaning and services..ha.

Floored and flabbergasted. My eight-year-old had FUN going to the dentist. He'd always have so-so or even terrible experiences with past dental visits, but this was our first time with All Kids Smile. We'll be back every six months for this level of care even though it's a full hour from us. I sorta wish they took adults, too!

AMAZING!! It was my sons first visit to the dentist and everyone was so sweet and welcoming. The staff is amazing, super clean and just all around great. They made my so feel so at ease. Would highly recommend!!

Very friendly place. The receptionist was so friendly when I called about an insurance question....that I called back to make an appointment. The whole practice welcomed my child (who has special needs) and put us at ease. Thank you for a great first time visit.

The staff is super friendly and very patient as I filled out the new patient stuff. It was very clean and nice looking inside. This was a very first check up and cleaning for a soon to be toddler. They are deff experienced with new very young patients. I was a little unprepared for my child is huge on stranger danger and letting people they don't know touch them. It was deff hard on the child and I also for the actual teeth counting and cleaning (which I wasn't even sure we'd do today, but we're able to accomplish). BUT to know that all teeth and gums are healthy and that they are getting in the very last baby teeth and how to keep them and the gums healthy for the future was a huge plus. At the end we were given some goodies and my little one walked out like nothing even happened with some pep in their step. Thank you so much for putting my mind at ease and trying to make sure that the Baby and I both were doing good!

I am incredibly happy that I found this place! I took my 2 daughters (ages 6 & 8) to the East Greenbush location for the first time last week. My 6-year-old was nervous (having never been to a dentist before) but we were greeted with smiles and an offer to play the arcade games in the waiting area (which we were assured are wiped down between uses due to the pandemic.) We had interactions with Ashley, Sue and Dr. Park; all were so delightfully personable and accommodating in every small thing. Dr. Park was SO patient and explained every step to my girls (and me) before proceeding and made me feel completely comfortable when I asked about spacing out x-rays (which has not been my experience at other places.) Our last dentist's office had reported 3 cavities for my 8-year-old, saying they shouldn't wait to be fixed. Dr. Park was so professional about delicately informing me that the new x-rays were clearer and that there were only 2 cavities that were tiny and may never need to be fixed (as long as they don't get too much bigger before those baby teeth come out.) My girls were so comfortable, smiled and laughed a ton, saw puppy pictures and heard stories related to the recent power outage in the area and received small prizes for their good cooperation. When we got back to our car, my 8-year-old said to me, "How about we come back here every time we have to go to the dentist?" We all easily agreed that we had found our spot! I would very highly recommend this team to others.
