Here at All Kids Smile Pediatric Dentistry, we are proud to specialize in pediatric dentistry. We truly believe in starting children off right when it comes to their dental health. It is our goal to ensure that each visit goes well so that they think of the dentists office as a good place. Our entire staff is wonderful with children, allowing them to relax while we care for their teeth.
Our dentists and staff have received extra training for primary teeth. Our goal is to protect your childrens teeth so they can eat and speak correctly. We will do whatever we can to help your children have the bright smiles they deserve.
Dr. Park was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. He was accepted to the University of British Columbia in 2004 with the Oral B Entrance Award and graduated with his DMD degree from the University of British Columbia in 2008 with the British Columbia Society of Pediatric Dentists Prize. He then moved to Long Island in NY to complete his residency in pediatric dentistry at Stony Brook University, which he completed in 2010.
Dr. Park always had a passion for teaching. After finishing his residency and working in private practice, he joined the Yale-New Haven Hospital Pediatric Dental Program, to teach the pediatric dental residents full time from 2012-2013. He eventually returned to providing treatment for patients at private practices but eventually wishes to return to full-time teaching after retirement.
Dr. Park is active in keeping up with the new trends in dentistry and keeps himself busy by taking courses in various fields of dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association and American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Park has a very gentle demeanor and enjoys working with children and adolescents. His wife is a pharmacist in the Capital District. Outside of their careers, they enjoy hiking and exploring the outdoors.
Dr. Moran graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School in 1969. He went onto Queens College and received a degree in Biology. He then attended Dental School at the University of Buffalo and received his doctorate degree in dentistry in 1978. During his dental school years, he volunteered to treat children and adults with special needs at the Erie Community Development Center. He also volunteered two summers to treat children at the Childrens Hospital of Buffalo, New York. Following dental school, he did a two-year residency at the Childrens Hospital of Buffalo to specialize in pediatric dentistry.
He has been practicing pediatric dentistry and orthodontics in the capital district since July 1980. Aside from his private practice, he supervised and taught pediatric dentistry to dental residents for 20 years at the Albany Medical Center. He has given several lectures on restorative materials and techniques in dentistry for children. In 2007 he did dental screenings at the Summer Special Olympics of New York State.
His mission is to provide a comfortable, home-like atmosphere to meet the dental needs of infants, children, and adolescents, as well as orthodontics for all his patients. New kids are always welcomed.
His favorite past-times are gardening and landscaping, Ballroom dancing, singing, and playing the guitar. Most importantly, he loves playing basketball. His greatest joys are his wife Wendy, his daughters Lisa and Suzanne, and his granddaughters Samantha, Caitlyn and Rebecca.
Bridgette Grugan is a 1998 graduate from Hudson Valley Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been practicing since 1998 encouraging children and adolescents to maintain a healthy oral hygiene. Bridgette is a mother of three children, a daughter Sydney and twins, Ryan and Rylee.
Kelly Byrne is a 2020 graduate from Hudson Valley Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She loves the field of Dental Hygiene and always wanted to work with children. Kelly was a patient of Dr. Morans since she was three years old. She has wanted to work in this office since she chose dental hygiene as her career.

You can have people leave fake reviews or your friends but who you are as a person speaks alot. This is a company that has gone through 15 employees in the last year and a half. Grace is mean and nasty to her workers and should not even be there and Dr. Parks needs to learn he is not better then his employees or his patients. Learn to treat people better even behind closed doors. Go here if you support fake. I would like to add in response to the comment made I'm not related to anyone just know how the office runs. You may have not terminated anyone but 15 people have left because the people thier are so bad. People feel so uncomfortable they quit before they can be terminated. Just horrible people in general. In the last 7 months Sue, Dr. Liz, Kim, Dawn, Sidney, Jenny, and Kat that was recent. People don't quit because you are good people it's because you treat people so bad.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were very thorough in explaining all aspects of the treatment plan, allowing time for me to discuss it in private with my son before proceeding, and then calling me in as a follow-up with instructions and suggestions. Also, the office was extremely COVID safe/prepared.

Dr. Parks is amazing. He is so good to me and my kids. He treats Lacey like his own. He is always kind and explains everything to you. I'm so thankful for him and his staff. I highly recommend All Kids Smile to everyone. Thank you Dr. Parks for always being so very kind.

Awesome experience! The check in process is seamless and precautions are taken to ensure everyone stays safe. The children are treated so well by the hygienist, Dr. Park and the staff. They are friendly and well-trained to deal with the precocious 4 year old. Service is always efficient, friendly and on-time. Highly recommend. When your 3 children love going to the dentist, you know they are doing something right!

Amazing amazing amazing place. Suzy and Dr. Park are kind, knowledgeable and very professional. My son (2yo) had to go there unexpectedly. They handled his worry with grace and patience. The front office staff is also just as incredible. Thank you for being there for all my kiddos and keeping their teeth healthy.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at all kids smile. Their procedures are all so kid friendly, from flavored treatments to Disney+ videos during dental work to treasures at the end. Most importantly, the staff are so kind, friendly, and patient. My daughter started going here when she was 7. She wouldn't let anyone even count her teeth. Her first encounter with Dr. Park and she was a perfect patient. I've trusted this office with both children now since this location opened. I definitely recommend them!
