Bad dentist save your money and time, it's not about quantity is about quality but unfortunately this people and especially the manager don't thin liked that. If it wasn't for us they wouldn't have business they need to Humble themselves and treat people with the same respect. Save your time and rather then saving a few hundreds go to a better place where they will treat you and kid with much better cared. They are fraud stay AWAY FROM THIS DIRTY DENTIST.

I can't really tell you how the dentist are. I can tell you that calling to make an appointment was an adventure that left me searching for another dentist. The front office person that I spoke with was rude and abrasive from the moment she said "Dentist office". You could tell she didn't want to speak with anyone, and wasn't listening. I asked a basic question about insurance, and I had to reask it again. When I said, you know what, I think I'll find a different dentist and her response: I think you should.

If I can give this place ZERO stars I would. I used to be a patient here back when I was younger. I had came to get braces done, before getting my braces they examine you to make sure you have no cavities or anything like that. growing up I took a dental assisting class and learned that the dentist is the one that is supposed to use the drill and at this office the doctors let the assistants drill and fill in the fillings. I remember the assistant telling the doctor I had cavities and the doctor was like "are you sure" didn't even double check her work, days later I feel that my tooth hurts and is sensitive to hot and cold, I called the office and told them my symptoms and told me it was normal. If you want to be a victim of dental malpractice come here !!!! Years later on the filling that I got worked on by the assistant I don't know what happened but I was chewing my food and I guess the filling popped off and I got an infectious abscess!! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PRECIOUS CHILDREN HERE !!! Besides the ridiculous amount of wait time to be seen, don't risk being a victim like me !

They do unnecessary work on children and take advantage of ignorant parents. Hard lesson learned. I will never be coming here nor will I ever recommend anyone to bring their children here. Please don't let them take your child without being present they have traumatized my son. Bayview pediatrics is the way to go.

I've been taking my kids here since they were babies and I've always good experiences. My kids just recently got braces from them too and best treatment and care the Dr. & staff provided. I myself am also a patient there and got my set of braces too.( best pricing) I recommend All Kids Dental for your children or yourself.

Didn't really know my insurance situation but the staff here helped me out on what I was able to get done. They are all really kind and just help u get what you need done. I would definitely be going back.

Terrible staff!!! Took my daughter the first day to get a cleaning but instead I find out she was in the surgery room?! I'm so glad, I went back there at the right time! Before they started to do anything to her! And luckily the Dentist realized it was the wrong kid! The staff should learn how to call people by their last names as well! That was their mistake! Other than that the Dentist is really nice she just needs to hire better staff!!!

Be careful when you take your children or yourself to this place. I have experience a poor service and their doctor is not careful at all. My husband saw the Doctor pick up something from the floor, rubbed it to clean it off (without gloves), and place it on a lady's mouth. Even the nurse said to him, "Doctor you are not going to put gloves on" and he just shrugged his shoulders. Also when it came to the coverage. They want to take your money! Last year, I took my daughter to another pediatrician dentist with a referral and I had the same insurance and I didn't pay too much maybe about $35 dollars. But, in this place they steal your money even if you have insurance. They told me I had to pay for my son's treatment over $1,000 dollars. People MAKE SURE to check your insurance first before so you know about your plan and coverage. They will take your money! I paid $150 for my daughter's treatment that day. My insurance told me to tell them to send the x-rays And other forms (I forgot the term) and I went personally to double check if they did and they didn't show me my son's file at all to explain what they have send. They said to me, "oh yes it is all done we send it already, it's set." Days passed and weeks passed and I didn't receive anything from my insurance, so I called them and the representative told me that they was no claim. I felt disappointed that they are places like this where you feel positive and safe but it's all the opposite. Make sure you so know everything about your insurance before someone takes your money!
