Called in for an emergency to fix my tooth, but receptionist said they can't fix my tooth on the first visit. I have to do an annual check up and then come back a second time to fix my broken tooth. I told them I need to get my tooth fix first and then do annual check up but she said no. I asked if I can do the annual check up and also fix my tooth the same visit, but she said no again. This is like going to the ER for emergency but the ER Dr. tells you to go back to your Primary Care Physician for an annual first, come back in two weeks to take care of the emergency. Makes no sense. They want to milk my insurance and make sure I come twice, they don't care what the patient really need, not ethical practice. Update: I asked a few times, the reception said fixing the tooth MUST be done on the second visit, is not about the dentist assessing the procedure.

Service was great, very professional! Office is clean and nice. Proper covid-19 measures in place. Staff were nice and explained everything well during the cleaning!

Lovely Dental office Advanced instruments I don't like go to dentist but Dr.Hsu have good hand , I didn't feel hurt at all

Dr Hsu is great! He saved my day. I was panicking because my crown fractured and just feel so embarrassing out there. However Dr Hsu was able to squeeze me in and gave me a temporary tooth. I cant imagine if I had to live with a missing tooth while working and socializing, it will be so awful. The procedure was quick and easy, now I have a temporary tooth while waiting for a new crown. The clinic is amazing, very clean and spacious. The equipment seems very advanced when compared to other dental clinics. I am glad I found a great dental service, highly recommended!

This place is clean and nice. I came here for my teeth cleaning and the dental hygienist did a very good job. Both the doctor and the dental hygienist were very patient and explained things very thoroughly! They did a very good job overall!

If I can give no star I would. Wasted my time waiting there and going there. Didn't know how to do anything including the fact that they didn't know how fix dentures. I'm surprised this place is even considered a dentistry when they can't even do something like that. Other dentist I've went to before all knew how to do this.

What a beautiful office. I am super paranoid with all dental cleanings and procedures but they absolutely made me feel calm and safe. The front desk staffs are friendly. One of the hygienist cleaned my teeth with gentleness and precision. Absolutely love it. Dr. Howard did my cavity. It was painless. I am so so happy with their service. Highly recommend. Will come back again.

Dr Howard Hsu lacks basic dentistry skills. My son needed three fillings. Everything was fine until Dr Hsu began the third fill in. While working on my son's tooth, Dr Hsu failed to place the clamp used to secure the tooth properly which led to my son swallowing the clamp while under his care! Dr Hsu had to call 911 and I took my son to the emergency room to locate the clamp. The dentist was negligent. We will never go back to Dr Hsu and I recommend any one considering this office to go elsewhere. This should have never happened.
