The dentist and support staff at this office are very nice! As a person who dislikes going and will put it off as long as i can, i was pleasantly surprised. My first visit was an emergency visit due to a fall but after initial treatment i decided to proceed with a cleaning and exam. So far so good..no negatives..can recommend As a positive experience.

I had to get dental work done and like most people, I was terrified of the process. All hands dentistry was so amazing! They are friendly, comforting, and with all of the work I had done, I felt nothing. It was easy. It actually made me want to go back, yes to the dentist, to get more work done. Most importantly, they resolved my issue and it didn't cost me a limb. I would recommend them to anyone.

I just had a tooth repaired. When Dr. Sullivan put in the needle, I did not feel it at all. I hate needles, but this was the most painless procedure I have ever had. I have had a lot of dental work done, she is the best. I always have found this business is the cleanest dental office I have ever been to, even before this virus. All the staff is always kind and concerned about me as a patient. Dr. Sullivan is the most knowledgeable and professional dentist I have ever been to. This new office has the up to date equipment, so they can handle any situation. I worked repairing medical equipment for 33 years, and this equipment is the best up to date equipment you can buy. Important in diagnosing correctly, what is needed to correct the problem. I had to move down to southern Rhode Island now and to go to the new office in Marion is now 67 miles for me. However, I do not care. It is worth it to me knowing it is the safest and most professional service I can get. Allan

There was a miscommunication with our appointment and I ended up waiting half an hour, which was really frustrating. But, when I went on facebook to see if there typically was a wait, I noticed not a single bad review- okay, that's valid. I go into the chair at exactly 5:45 (which turns out was my appointment, and the office manager sent a reminder to the wrong person- all good!) and the dental hygienist or dental assistant, the one who checks my teeth came in and was so sweet, we discussed how this was my first time here, and my first time in a non-specifically pediatric dentist office. She was very sweet, and discussed important topics with me. She VERY thoroughly cleaned my teeth, which was so weird because I wasn't used to this. Then she explained the importance of flossing, which ik ik boring but it was a shpeal I needed to hear and now I've been flossing more! The dentist came in, she was so sweet and checked my teeth. Then, she talked to me about my cheek biting and lip biting. I spoke about my anxiety and she recommended a retainer at night for the also grinding I had, which led to multiple tooth chips. Both women were unbelievably kind and explained each question I had in detail- they weren't seeming impatient or like they were done with me. It was truly a new experience. I love them! Excited to go back, actually- which was weird to say. Thank you so much to the hygienist born in fair haven and the dentist!

Thoroughly professional. So happy I don't need to continue at the excellent dentist I've been going to in New York City for years.
