This place is a freaking joke don't go the poor customer service and unprofessionalism runs at an all time high in this place making people stand in the lobby without chairs is crazy. They don't even provide masks for people and they don't even allow you to go back with your child. F this place

The dentist were ok I couldn't say much we had started just going there I was out of town and missed one of my kids apointment they called me to let me know there was going to be a 25 charge which I agreed on it was fair but on my other kids apointments we showed up and they refused to see them even though they had reschedule the apointments this is so unprofessional if they were not going to see them they should have let me know and look for another dentist in advanced again they were the ones that called to reschedule my apointments and refuse to see my kids on their apointments dates .

I brought both of my boys to All for Kids dental on 9/19. I knew they needed to have some work done but after getting called back to speak with the dentist he told me they both would need surgery to fix all of their problems, I had a terrible feeling during this time, he didn't explain anything to me and then tried to make me feel like a horrible parent asking why I just brought them in. He had terrible bedside manner, showed no empathy. I then told him every time I would call no one would answer the phone. I then went to the desk and spoke with the lady and she told me I would need to pay $110 to get the process started, I didn't hesitate, I went ahead and paid it, she also stating that if I decided to cancel on them I would be dismissed from the practice. Then she went over the dental plan with me and for both boys it would be over 3k! After leaving I had a very bad gut feeling and decided to go get a second opinion. I drove 1.5 hours away the next day and was told by a very knowledgeable dentist that all of the things that Adrian Miller DDS was trying to do was very unnecessary. So please do research before just going somewhere, I wish I would have. It would have saved me time, money and the headache. Since it will not let me reply back I will edit this post. Yes I have been there before, there is no lying about any of it, yes I did make 2 other appointments for my other boys, but this was before I went to the back with the dentist. Why lie? Why would I go out of my way to make this review if it was a lie? People need to know that you all are ripping people off. Why would I put my two boys through hell and back when all they need is 3 fillings a piece. Not 9!! Good luck with your business. I'll make sure this is shared everywhere! Not just google. I will be praying for each one of you! If anyone needs a good pediatric dentist, go see North GA pediatric Dentistry. You will not be sorry!

I do not reccomend . They are overcharging and creating prices that don't exist and saying certain insurances don't cover that. There is a black large woman and blond haired lady at the front desk who are very rude and uninterested in giving you proper information about your child just rather cut you off , rush you, then follow you out the door making snarky passive aggressive remarks!! Very ghetto and unprofessional and you will not be seen until a hr after your appointment With an empty lobby. Fake prices are not policy

The way all of these not so great reviews are being responded to proves that what people are saying is true. Those responses are what led me to make this review, that I should have made years ago. I took my daughter here when she was only six. She still had almost all baby teeth. She was put through surgery. The dentist did not tell me what to expect afterward. My baby was very small and she was miserable. I felt horrible for taking her to the dentist and putting her through this! I should have left at the first red flag when they would not let me go back with her, but I had already taken off work and couldn't reschedule. They should tell you this when making the appointment! After all that, another dentist said that surgery was unnecessary!

Nightmare... We walked in where immediately rudely spoken to by the front desk woman. I didn't want to listen to all the negative reviews but they are spot on! Screams coming from the back. Parents complaining in the waiting room... after she told us we couldn't go back with my 5 year old we just left. I mean horrible kids walking out crying, holding their face. Nightmare Dentist office for sure!

Adrian Miller, DDS and Staff are Highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, clean, safe, and organized group. I and my kids absolutely love this Office. My kids are in good hands, we highly recommend them.

DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!! From just walking in the office it's a very off-putting experience. The woman at the front desk said to me and my husband since you don't have mask you can't go back with your kids. They have no masks to hand out and the front desk woman is EXTREMELY rude about the policy. The office looks nice but once you sit down you almost immediately hear screaming children coming from the back. The staff is not good with kids AT ALL! They don't allow any phones or pictures in the building and when I asked to switch with my husband because I could hear my children screaming, the front desk woman with (obviously died blond hair) turned around, closed the door and pretended not to hear me. Once I finally did get to the back the doctor and nurse were trying to say I shouldn't be worried because of how the facility looks but you can't see the inside of the facility from the lobby. The Dentist tried to argue with me saying I should have stuck my head through the check in window. Like what in the world would I look like shoving my head in that tiny window where the front desk woman sits. Over all HORRIBLE experience!!! My kids hated the staff and didn't trust them. They could do anything to kids here . 0/10 would never ever recommend!

I was really disappointed with this facility. I arrived 45 min before my kids appointment, so that I would be able to fill out paperwork, and they were closed for lunch. They opened exactly at my kids scheduled appointment. Then the receptionist told me I had to have a mask on. I got a mask. Then she tells me I can't go back there with my kids. Like excuse me??! So I canceled my little ones appointment, because he was only going back there if I would go back with him. My oldest went back, and when they were done they called me back to talk to the dentist. The dentist was not friendly, and had a smug look. If you are a dentist that works with kids, shouldn't you be pleasant? Then when he was discussing what my kid would need, he asked if I had any questions. Every question was answered short, and with the same smug look he came in with. After we left I asked my oldest if they gave him a tooth brush, and floss like other dentist do, and he said no. I asked did they at least show you how to floss and take care of your teeth, and he said no. So yeah I'm not taking my kids back here.

ONE BAD APPLE SPOILS THE WHOLE BUNCH! Horrible customer service! Super rude! Worse experience a child could have being fairly new going to the dentist. The some of staff was super rude and was told this is how it is normally so get over it. My nephew is afraid to go to the dentist now because of how this interaction went. Not BBB accredited. I'm sure I'll receive a smart comment from this business to try and cover up the fact that they need to let the bad apple in their office go.

Great atmosphere, very professional staff who has been at this office right alongside my kid's dentist working for many years. The office Manager is extremely friendly and the front staff. They are always willing to help as needed. This place is just pleasant, and I consider them family now. It's been close to 16 yrs. of being patients here. My kids know they will treat them well, making their visits even smoother. My kids have no complaints about coming to this office and they are 16, 13 and 6. He has done a great job communicating with me regarding their dental needs, I've had 3 in braces and out. Don't think twice regarding finding your child(ren) a dentist, because you have now found the right place for them. Very diverse office of patients and I like that too!!!
