Dr. Chavez started her dental practice in New York in 2003 and moved to North Carolina in 2010. Dr. Chavez based her practice philosophy in oral health education ,preventive procedures like Oral Cancer Screening to ensure healthy oral tissues and beautiful smiles for her patients.
In addition to obtaining a degree in Dental Surgery from New York University, Dr. Chavez had already been granted a degree as a Doctor of Dental Surgery from El Salvador National University School of Dentistry in 1989. Dr. Chavez practiced Oral Surgery for many years with underserved population in El Salvador which is her country of origin.
Her expertise spans a range of procedures including Cosmetic Dentistry, Fillings, Oral Surgery, Root Canals, Crowns and Bridges, Partials and Complete Dentures as well as Orthodontic ,Periodontal treatments and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy.
She has been working in not profit health festivals with North Carolina Hispanic community, she enjoys answering questions and resolving every concern with her patients. On her free time she loves to travel, read and plant her own vegetables as well as to spend time with her family and staff members.

Best service ever!! I really love the way the staff take care of each patient. At the time I check in, on my cleaning time( the best since a year ago in another office) and my comprehensive dental exam that Dr Ramos performed it was the best experience that I had. They all made my comfort and satisfaction with the end result a priority. Going to the dentist is inherently unpleasant, but I had a great experience from beginning to end even when it hurt a little.
