Up until recently, I would only have great things to say about All Family Dental. I've seen Dr. Richard Timms my entire life and he was awesome. They have always been kind, respectful, and nice. Although, my last visit regarding my wisdom teeth didn't go well. During my visit, I had asked if these scans would be covered under my insurance, to which I was assured that they would be. After what was a nice visit, I had received my bill to see that my insurance hadn't covered a dime. We immediately called and spoke with the receptionist who basically told us that nothing could be done and that they weren't liable for anything. With each attempt to reach either Dr. Richard Timms, or the Owner (Dr. Kevin Anderson), the receptionist became more rude and short-tempered with us. Having never heard back from either Dr. Timms or Dr. Anderson despite leaving numerous messages, We finally decided to just start paying toward it every month per a payment plan. So, after being lied to, disrespected, and ignored, they still had the audacity to send our remaining balance to collections. Seventeen years of visiting All Family Dental and they didn't even have the courage to speak with me and my family and clearing up what would've been a simple billing mistake. So no, I wouldn't recommend coming here.

First time visit went very smooth and easy! Staff is very friendly and helpful with all your needs. Wasn't sure if my insurance was taken here but they were able to get it all figured out for me! No one likes going to the dentist, but you will have a great experience here!

My daughter is in the process of getting braces and throughout the process, the staff has been great to work with. They have explained the process and expectations clearly and have met expectations at every step. They have done a very nice job of easing my daughter's anxiety.

Great experience every time! They are very informative, caring and kind. They went out of their way on a weekend (when not working) to get my daughter essentials for her braces. Two thumbs up and 5 stars!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Anderson. I am always very anxious at the dentist and he did a great job in making me feel comfortable and anxiety free! Highly recommend them to anyone who has anxiety about a dentist.

Dr. Anderson, from the Oakdale, All Family Dental, is very informative, along with his assistant was also very nice and helpful with all the information of what was being done. Step by step during the process. Dental hygienist I had today had the same kindness and a step-by-step attitude that was so appreciative. All around my experience with the All Family Dental lives up to the name, feels like family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a well rounded Dental experience. Dr Timm really listens to me and my concerns. His dental assistants are gentle with their cleanings and exams. They also have a laser which helps with some of my discomfort.

Found this place when we moved to the area and it's great! I've always been hesitant about going to the dentist but now I go every 6 months like I'm supposed to! They're thorough, knowledgeable, gentle, and friendly. Dr. Anderson originally took photos and X-rays of my teeth to monitor any changes and reviewed everything with me after the first appointment. They actually care and always ask if you have any questions or concerns with your teeth. I recommend them to everyone!
