Please read recent reviews. Unprofessional and rude dentist. Scheduled an emergency appointment for the same afternoon, looked in mouth for 5 seconds and sent us away. Manager brought up fraud when no one was referring to money; very suspicious place..will not be returning. Please note, this place "continues to fall short" of applicable healthcare practices. As a concerned parent, please find a suitable dentistry practice that cares for it's clients

He was the most friendliest oral surgeon I have ever met! He was extremely attentive and very thorough with explaining the surgery. This made me feel very comfortable for my upcoming procedure!! Also, office staff was very accommodating and outstanding service! 10/10 recommend.

Had to take my husband here for a consultation for a full mouth extraction. Every single person we came in contact with was incredible! The level of professionalism and kindness of all the staff made what was a nightmare in Chicago so easy. I wish that the other dental places we have been to could be as amazing as this place. I feel confident my husband will be in good hands. Thank you ladies

It was first visit today and I can't thank the staff and Doctor enough. They are extremely professional and compassionate. I was explained everything from start to finish and most documents were sent prior to my visit electronically which saves a tremendous amount of time. I have worked with physicians since I was 16 and they truly have things figured out when it comes to customer service. I look forward to having my dental procedures done with them. A special thank you to Erica, Maria, Elaine, and of course Dr. Sood! Thank you for easing my fears and seeing me immediately for my emergency tooth concern. Continued blessings!

I visited frist time for my Boy Dental Exam to all family Dental and Braces my experience is very awesome and staff are very Friendly and coopartiv and Doctor is also very friendly I suggest to all go for visit this clinic.

Not sure what's going on here. Maybe it's the new dentist I saw on this visit, but they suddenly got a real grabby with pricing. I'm in my fifties with only three fillings and have strong teeth. Yes, I get some tartar build-up but routine cleanings, and I'm good to go. Suddenly I need a deep cleaning that will cost over 700 dollars. When I asked for just a regular cleaning, I was told that the $700 treatment was what the doctor recommended, and that's that. Nope, I'll go to another dentist that isn't looking to exploit people without dental insurance.

Called to make an appointment for my three year old that's in pain and was told the only location that took pediatrics was Mel Rose park. So I made an appointment with them, which is 2 hours and 15 minutes away from where we live. Drove all this way, checked him in for his appointment, just to get brought to the back to say they don't see his age at the Mel Rose location because they need to sedate them at that age. Absolutely ridiculous that they said it was the only location that took pediatrics when they don't and to drive all that way to find out during the appointment that they don't take his age when they've had him on their schedule for a couple weeks knowing his age! Will not be returning and will not recommend to anyone.
