Terrible experience. I waited 2 months for my appointment, took the day off work, and drove an hour and a half 1 way with gas being $4.50 a gallon, for the dental assistant to come to my room and say that the Dentist is not going to see me in person due to my past health issues. I asked why he did not look at my chart prior to waiting and driving out there, and she said he should have... Well if he did, why didn't the office call me and say hey don't come, you need to see someone else... Now I am waiting for the RM to call me back...

The best dentistry and staff! The receptionist are always kind and courteous. Dr. Yasmeen is the best with kiddos. We joined All Family Dental a few years ago after struggling to find a compassionate dentist who made my family and i feel comfortable.

First time taking my 3 little ones here staff was all very nice receptionists were nice and helpful place was clean only concern was the bathroom it was a little dirty toilet paper all over the floor and a little smelly besides that my kids didn't cry at all very pleased with staff overall

Receptionist was not very helpful. Told me that they do not take my insurance and being GEHA FEDVIP high plan. Even though they are a listed provider and it is a PPO plan. Was not confident in the answers she was giving me, she just sounded like she wanted to get me off the line. If that is the customer service they offer I am glad that I am not going there.

Was looking for a new dentist to complete some work. Called and discussed everything I needed to have finished. Was told no problem. I provided the referrals and all the other paperwork that they required. When I got there they did all their test that they can bill for and then told me they didn't actually do that type of work. Why have a patient drive 3 hours, bill their insurance only to be told that the work I was hoping to complete can not be done at their location. Very unprofessional!!!

Horrible office I came no one told me anything about a medical clearance I called the day before to make sure everything was ok and was told I was fine. Appointment is at 7:30 am I got to the office the day of appointment at 6:50 am no one still told me anything at all. Around 7:55 am I was called to the desk to ask for a medical clearance which I was confused about needless to say I explained my Dr cleared one before and I had one done this yr so I went through my files to show them they ran to the back and said they need a new one from doctor very Inconvenient when I had to call off of work for this procedure. Ridiculous

My son is Autistic and teeth are a sensory issue with him. I have been working with him on what to expect on our visits. Today was the farthest he has gone in a visit. The young woman that cleaned his teeth was So Sweet & Patient. She even moved him to a private room to make him comfortable. She switched to a toothbrush for him. I am so grateful for her.

The staff are friendly and welcome us with a smile. The wait before my son's appointment is just few minutes. The facility is clean. The only concern that I have is the rest room. This needs to be addressed. Plus the hand soap needs to be changed and clean its container.

The building was large and appealing from the outside. It's a good thing that this place is located next to a liquor store; you may need a drink after, and a "bottle" to douse yourself in, to disinfect. Upon entry, it felt as if you're in a slaughterhouse. The inside was filthy, to say the least. The receptionists weren't pleasant to deal with, and appeared as if their personal time has been disrupted. The most helpful and kind was the dental assistant. The "patient room" was tiny and outdated. Although the dentist was professional, I wish he would have saved me the trip and money and disclosed, prior to my appointment, that he doesn't have the equipment to perform a wisdom tooth extraction under anesthesia.
