Very unhappy with this place. They had scheduled an appointment for my daughter for a cleaning, even though they already had one done a month prior. She needed tooth extraction and the only available was next year in May. They ignored us and booked her for a cleaning anyway. When we called to cancel the appointment we didn't even make ourselves, they still offered to get her an appointment in May of next year. As a dentist office, they should know better that when a child needs a tooth extraction, they can't wait so long. The whole process was really strange and painful. I would definitely stay away from this location, especially if you are bringing your child. They have no system of doing anything there, so why should anyone trust them?

We've been here twice now, the first experience wasn't the greatest. My 3 year has been to the dentist before so it wasn't his first time or and his older brothers. The second visit was horrible both my boys had appointments and we were in the office for 10 minutes before we were completely finished. They clearly rushed on Cleaning my 10 year olds teeth and and my 3 year old. He was scared and crying however they said no cavities and didn't even look at his teeth. I asked to check again I'll make sure he opens his mouth again, which he did and they said he's good. I don't believe for a moment that he checked my sons teeth fully. Well never return to this dental office, anyone that takes 5 minutes to clean and check a child's teeth is unbelievable. I don't believe for one second my children's teeth we're properly checked.

They're booked until a year from now for a child tooth extraction and filling. The woman at the desk sounded absolutely frustrated and like she needs to look for another job.

They did not do a good work on my child's tooth and left it unfinished. That created many other problems. Do not recommend.

They were nice.And are very nice to my kids I have been going here for a long time and there is no problems or mistakes. I really recommend this place.

Unfortunately I cannot give more star, because I didn't feel that this place considered my needs, and rescheduling appointments wasn't work very well, they didn't return your phone call right away, if you have some circumstances and came late for the appointments, they usually didn't take you at that day, doesn't matter if you drive 40 minutes to get there, they are not working to be flexible with your schedule, so consider that, and always came 15 min earlier than your appointment time.

My son has high anxiety when it comes to dentists. We traveled a few hours for his visit today. He was treated so nicely and is already talking about how much he liked the ladies and the office!

They are GREAT place for kids ! They work with them and make them feel so comfortable. One of my sons had previously been so nervous of the dentist and after coming to this dentist, he is finally not in full panic mode. So thankful !!!! They are the best !

I absolutely love this dental office! Dr. Wilson is the greatest with my kids. She's so kind, sensitive, and understanding to their needs. I've never come across staff that is so great with kids. I took my, at the time, 5 year old elsewhere and they traumatized him when they put his spacer in. Needless to say, he was petrified of dentists, but after Dr. Wilson took care of him he LOVES going to the dentist now and looks forward to his cleanings! I would absolutely recommend this office for your children's needs. They accept state insurance and don't look down on you for having it like other places tend to do. Amazing place to say the least!

I chose this location because the location was convenient and my childs insurance was accepted. However, the staff is rude. The assistants are very insensitive, if you don't like working with children maybe you should consider a different career path or location. When you're dealing with a 3 year old there is no reason to be using your dental terminology with them and being rude because the child cant keep his/her mouth open or positioned the way you want. Again, you're dealing with kids.
