I come here to see the orthodontist. After my appointment this past Saturday I asked if they had a sooner appointment for my son to get is cavities filled because I was told over the phone with the location that I take him too told me that could'nt. Marisela the office coordinator said yes I could. I brought him there yesterday. The assistant Rochelle was kind and friendly. Dr Vanney was very attentive. She explained ever step of what she was going to do. Both made my son feel comfortable. I live 40 minutes away but I will travel for good customer service.

Daughter came in super nervous and scared. They helped eased her mind and worked so fast. She asked when she was coming in again! They are amazing.

Today I had an appointment scheduled from a few months ago. The person at the front desk DID NOT show professionalism as a front desk person should be trained to handle business matters and keeping customer with quality services. My children attended this office for years. We have seen front desk staffing come and go. Perhaps it would be necessary to train on ethics and ways to conduct business matters to keep well satisfied clients. As a Business Services Representative, I see the top need this location have. Please hire trained individuals that can meet your needs and services properly to gain a respectable business in the community that fits your namesake ALL FAMILY. Please review and provide professional development to these failed staffing concerns. And furthermore, she could not reschedule the appointment as she said BUT I'm aware of how the system works. Especially when you are doing your job properly and adequately. Information to be considered about WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT. I will need to consider some of the other wonderful dentist offices in the south suburban area because I traveled a great distant to be unsatisfied with services NOT COMPLETED on this day. Not Recommended until changes take place. GRACE PERIODS is essential.

I had a great experience with All Family. I have extreme anxiety going into the dentist office because of a bad experience with another dentist but the staff worked well with me to help keep me calm. The office was clean and everyone was professional.

Tried to call in to make an appointment twice today and the customer service I received with receptionists both times were horrible. Was going to make this my new dental office but not anymore

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dental office in my whole life at all family dental and braces in Cicero. The check in was extremely quick and easy and the front desk staff were very friendly and even offered my son PJ a sticker before he had even seen the dentist. My son is 5 years old and has some pretty serious Dental issues. No fault of his own. So, I was extremely nervous an apprehensive taking him to this new dentist, because honestly I felt that I would be judged due to the bad condition of my son's teeth. It's been a real struggle trying to find a dentist that can really and truly help him with the damage he has from sipping on a sippy cup for so long and drinking from the bottle for so long. The dental assistant's name was Lazada I wish I could remember the dentist name but I can't. They were so good with him I just couldn't even believe it. He is a very active 5-year-old and he was extremely nervous about going to this dentist. But they put him at ease they were able to get very clear X-rays of his teeth. They gave me some great referrals and advice on what to do in order to help him in the future with his Dental issues. They were honest with me about the damage to his teeth, and they were able to articulate what needed to be done without scaring my son. I am a single mom and I work over 50 hours a week and I showed up to my appointment late but they still were able to squeeze me in which I truly appreciated. When i left the dental appointment my son was so happy about his dentist and the dental assistant that he said that he couldn't wait to go back to the dentist! LOL. I am so so so very happy that I found a great dentist that can treat all of my children, and myself in the future. Very professional , extremely clean office and friendly staff. I would recommend anyone to go to this office for dental work. Thanks again from me and p.j.!

I always have a pleasant experience at All Family Dental and Braces. I was greeted and checked in as soon as I arrived. We were barely seated when my son's name was called. Amy and did a great job preparing my son and I for today's dental work. I was well informed about the process and what to expect Dr. Tang noticed changes since the last visit and instead of making me return, he did the work today. Dr. Tang was thorough and timely with his work and both frequently checked in with my son. Today was our first time with Amy assisting and she was so patient and gentle with. Her engagement and bubbly energy made the 8am appointment a breeze. Highly recommend, especially since the dentist can be intimidating for my son.

My daughter had her first appointment today and the service we received was outstanding. My daughter was taken right away. My daughter is 4 years old and Amanda and Amy helped my daughter and I feel at ease for the procedure that was being done. I had originally went to a dental office that was closer to home but thanks to the receptionist that works at different locations, (I forgot her name - I think Kim) my daughter will be coming to this office. I'd rather travel to this clean and friendly environment! (35 min away) This will definitely be my daughter's home dental office. Thanks to the doctor, Amy, Amanda, and each staff member that made this experience easy.

Quick and professional, everyone was nice i was there by 4pm and I was out by 430pm with x-rays and a schedule for upcoming visits. I was able to prepay and my 1st visit is this Saturday April 9th I should've came sooner if I know it was a quick process.

Came in this office for a consultation. An appointment for treatment was then scheduled. Both appointments were canceled via text. After cancellation of second appointment I received a text stating I missed my appointment. This proved that this place is unorganized and careless about one's time.

A lot of miscommunication from Kimberly. I told her 7 times I wanted to do the 12 month payment plan for braces and She over charged my credit card and didn't know how to do a refund. Office manager Mariana had to step in and show her. Kimberly should NOT be handling patients money, credit cards, or financial status if she can't comprehend or fulfill her job duties. They only received one star because Idaly was helpful and knowledgeable at the consultation unfortunately she was off this day. Everyone at that front desk needs proper customer service training
