My son is 6 years old and had shark teeth and Dr. Curry and her dental assistance Andrea and Jocelyn we're amazing. My son was so nervous at first ,but they helped him feel calm and they were able to remove his 2 bottom teeth with no problems. They took my son's feelings into consideration and made me and my husband feel at ease. The young lady Besiymar at the front desk was very nice and sweet and made sure my son got his tooth brush and tooth paste. I would definitely recommend them again and I will be going here from now on. Thank you again ladies

I went to the dentist for the first time in a while and it was the worst experience ever never coming back....they had elementary kids just spectating staring into people's mouths. I never agreed to be part of no Damm study f this place they didn't even ask me if it was OK for some random kids to look inside my mouth

After the dental cleaning, my son got rashes all over his face because of how they hold my son's head with the latex gloves. He is only 2 years old and his teeth keeps on bleeding! They always change his dentist every visit. The dentist is not gentle.

I had an appointment at 8:30 am. Arrived 20 mins early and at the the time of the appointment , they simply said : We have to cancel because the dentist had an emergency. Just like that. !!! Not even a : We re sorry or we apologise for this huge LAST MINUTE inconvenience. Took the morning off from work to get there. Arrived early so everything would go smoothly. They dont care about a new patient. Very bad experience. Will never go back or recomend this place.

This review doesn't reflect actual dentistry. The website they have isn't quite up to date as far as information and scheduling. To be clear for others, they DO NOT take Medicaid (for adults). Also, appointments scheduled online will be scheduled past their times of business so will get canceled a couple days before.

I'm very impressed with the professionalism and care of this team. I really love Vivian my dental assistant. She always goes above and beyond to make sure you understand the process and feel comfortable from beginning to end of your appointment. Her patient care is a 10+. My dentist is awesome as well. Highly recommend this office on cicero and mango.

Would not recommend. I was ignored, called a liar and difficult because I wanted my issues to be properly addressed. Have been trying to speak with someone for months and they take forever to call back. Now I receive a letter terminating the relationship because I wanted them to fix my issues or tell me why they could not. Now no one wants to speak with me. A reputable orthodontists will try to fix your issue and want to keep you informed but not the ones here. Switched from little village to this one due to dental assistant being rude and them changing my dentist without tell me. New dentist was rude and never wanted to answer my questions.

My son's front tooth chipped last night and I called All Family Dental and Braces this morning. My son was seen within the hour and got his tooth even out!! I was so happy and pleased with the appointment :)

Good dentist office but the scheduling department needs to get it together. I received a text to confirm my nephew's appointment and called the office to double check. The woman I spoke to kindly confirmed it. My newphew gets to the dentist office only to be turned away because he was NOT on the schedule. MY NEWPHEW AND HIS DAD HAVE TO DRIVE QUITE A DISTANCE AND GET OUT OF WORK AND SCHOOL EARLY ONLY TO BE TOLD HES NOT ON THE SCHEDULE AFTER I CALLED TO CONFIRM RIGHT BEFORE. That really upsets me. If the appointment is cancelled just let patients know, not a problem. But don't wait until patients are right in front of you to tell them they are not on the schedule. TERRIBLE!

I'm accustom to a pediatric dentist whose first concern is to be in tuned with their patient by ensuring quality care and want their patients to feel safe & comfortable. This wasn't the experience for my daughter who is age 7. Normally a dentist explains what to expect before service especially when it's the first tooth extraction. Instead, unexpectedly I found myself explaining to my daughter what was about to take place next. I was told by the dentist I had to remain quiet during the procedure. Prior & during the visit with the dentist & assistant present I told my daughter to raise her hand to alert us if she was feeling pain during the extraction. It was obvious she did because she began to cry once her tooth was being pulled out of her gums. It was apparent the injection hadn't fully taken place. It was very disheartening to witness Dr. Cassidy Phagan's lack of willingness to take the time needed for a better outcome. At the very least show some compassion. Every child is a different case and when in distress during a tooth extraction I expected the dentist to stop and at least check if the injection had fully taken effect.

Had the best experience with Dr. Cassidy Phagan! Been going to her for 2 years and have gotten great care. She even identified unnecessary work done by my previous dentist and helped explain what x-rays from the previous dentist showed. Switched offices to continue going to her when she moved from one branch to another. Will continues to got to her as long as I can!
