The office is clean and offers social distances measures, mask wearing and sanitizer which creates an inviting dental visit. The staff as well as the patient is protected. Visit was conducted in a timely manner. Staff especially friendly and helpful!

I previously wrote a good review based off my first experience, however it has since changed. I took my son here and April. I was told to schedule him a 6 month follow up. He was originally scheduled for the last week in September at 5 PM, I was informed a week before that the dentist would not be in that late so they had to move him to a later date- that's totally fine. The problem comes the day of the appointment. I scheduled him for 5 PM appointment again because 1. It was available (they offered it) and 2. That's what works best for us! They call me earlier in the day asking if we wanted to come in earlier, I told them I couldn't. She proceeds to say, very rudely that we have to be on time can't even be a min late because the dentist has things to do- that's a valid point but it's all in how you say it. I call back to make sure I have the correct address because I don't want to be late (we're never late) this rep is even more rude. After she gave me the address she starts saying how if we're even a second late we can't be seen because the 5 PM slot have no grace period. I told her yes I know the last rep told me so- she cuts me off and very rudely say we can't even be min late. I told her just to cancel. Why are you offering times for patients if your clearly going to rush them because you don't want to be here. If you're in that big of a rush to get out of there in a certain time frame. I'm a firm believer in it's not what you say more so HOW say it! The reps that called were extremely rude. It was already a reschedule on their part now they're being rude. Never again!

Was skeptic about this place but let me tell you, the staff the office the Dr. I would recommend them to everybody & anybody. Thank you for a great experience for once in my child's life

This dental clinic has been the best experience thus far. Very friendly and clean environment. Very on task with appointments that are scheduled. Like as soon as you come in you are checked in and called shortly after. My daughter braces experience has been a pleasant one. They are very informative and have been helpful to her along this journey. She's almost done and 14 months in our of her 18 months.

Been coming here for the past 4 years or so and I love it here. As we walk in great customer service. I love how sweet, patient and caring they are not just to my kids but myself as well. Dr. Grant and her team are amazing. Greatly recommend this dental office.

Love the Pulaski office! They are very fast and efficient and I never have to wait in the waiting room for more than a few minutes. This is important when you have two toddlers! I highly recommend!

1st i set up an appointment online but the system ddnt have me down so i was going to have to reschedule but the receptionist ask me to wait in case someone cancelled i said i couldn't be so lucky i sat for about 15mn & to my satisfaction someone did just that i was happy received my braces today the ortho was very gentle & fast the assistant was great as well she took her time no wires poking gave me what i ask no problems thank you guyz see ya in June

I'm not really sure how I stumbled across this location, however I'm happy I found them. We completed our first today, The entire staff from the receptionist to the dentist was so welcoming. The DA was amazing, she was so patience with my son (he's a wiggle worm) the place is extremely clean! We've been searching for a good overall dentist office, I'm pretty sure we found it here!

I took my 4 year old daughter to get a tooth extraction at this location. By the Dr. Rizina. The dental assistant was very helpful and patient and awesome for the kids. But the dentist on the other hand had no patience! She also said if my daughter didn't stop screaming she wouldn't get toys and I would have to leave the room? Why would you try scaring the kid more? If that's how you, Dr. Rizina, treat your patients I think you should reevaluate your career choice! Take a child development class or switch your job. If you work with kids you should have a little more compassion! Instead of making the kids feel welcomed you're going to scare them and traumatize them. DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE. Look for a more compassionate dentist ! And also maybe don't schedule so many people so the dentist doesn't feel the need to rush through the procedure! It was honestly a very bad experience for my daughter and I! Won't be going back! 0/5 stars!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
