This is the 3rd visit now that scheduling has gotten her mixed up with other Gabys. She had an appt at 3 along with another Gaby. When we come in they try to tell me she does not have an appointment until a further date until I explain the error they are making now every appointment which becomes as such an inconvenience. The front desk said there is nothing they can do about it and just to make sure I'm scheduling with one specific person which does not seem like a good enough answer to me. In my opinion everyone should be on the same page and should work together to make sure they are not making it inconvenient for their patients. It makes me feel like now I understand why my billing has been messed up and it's showing that I owe more on my daughter'a braces plan than what it really is supposed to be. My daughter was called back and had to sit in a chair while the other gaby was in and out as if she had an appointment. Which she probably did as well but I am not sure what they are doing. They are constantly treating her as a fill in but they should be treating her as if she has an appointment because it's not our fault the front desk is not on the same page.

Dr yang is very nice and understanding my son likes her ,Arlington hts location is organized and friendly,appointment time is not the time you will be seen then are running late most of the time but everything else is ok, visited elgin location once was told they can fix my son's attachments for invisalighn but it turned put I've waisted time and took a drive for noting because someone scheduled his appointment for a different doctor and on top of it they didn't have everything they need to put the attachment back on since he was originally seen in Arlington hts location (well it will be nice to tell me that before since they see hus information in the system )

Staff are amazing! They all made my little one feel so special and comfortable with visiting the dentist, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I took my daughter in today for an ortho consultation. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Dr Yang helped us create a plan for treatment for my daughter. She helped me to understand the best option for her upcoming planned treatment. Thank you all.. we appreciate you.

I love All Family Dental and Braces and I have been a patient for 2 years. Time: they are very efficient and timely. Today's appointment for cleaning was at 9am and I was out by 9:30am. Safety: they are still taking precautions for COVID and just safety in general. Masking is still being enforced as well as social distancing. Friendliness: 5 out of 5. Staff is courteous and super friendly. Everytime I go I leave smiling and feeling connected to my dentist and her assistant. Communication: they are very communicative. From text messages to confirm appointments, reminders, etc to the staff explaining procedures, what to expect, what's coming they keep.you in the know. Parking is a bit limited, but I usually rideshare so it's a non-issue.

I don't see my review anymore ! But I did share my experience with this place. Do not recommend to anyone. We came barely 10 min late for my toddler's check-up appointment ( got stock with a diaper change at the daycare and then it was storm outside that didn't help to make it up for not being late). The front desk employees right away told us that we couldn't have our appointment anymore . They didn't wanna listen at all, they didn't help at all. I had reasons why I was late and I just wasn't heard at all. That just didn't care. I wanted to schedule a later appointment to begin with but they told me it was no option even though they are open way later and could have scheduled me later. For my 4:30lm appointment I had to leave work earlier and pick up my son from the daycare 2 hours earlier as well to come to the office and to be told that I have to reschedule it now because they can't fit me in for my 10 min check up ! Even though ppl in front of me were still waiting ( 20 min +) for their appointments, it's okey though to make customers wait but me coming 10 min late due to weather conditions and an emergency diaper change it's not okey. Employees were rude and not helpful or understandable at all! Awful customer service, they don't care about people. Don't recommend this place to anyone. They didn't have a manager to talk to at all and then. I reached out to the main office , they told they'd look into my case and call me back but guess what no one called me back and my previous review from here now is missing. Just please don't bring your family here they won't treat you with respect, I mean they won't treat you at all!!! I wish I could leave ZERO stars.

Avoid this place at all cost my husband waited 2 weeks for his appointment and when he did go in they told him they called and left a message to reschedule that there were no adult dentist. Then I called to ask about the situation and asked if I can know what number they had for him since the left a "message" the rude incompetent girl hung up on me told me I could not speak to a dr or manager. Then I called back and she left me on hold forever. If I can give ZERO STARS I would have. Absolutely disgusting employees in this clinic. Nobody has time to take off work for there appointments and not be seen.

Kid friendly place. Staff make children feel comfortable, relaxed so they can go ahead with their procedures. For my kid who is totally resistant to anyone touching him they did a seamless, uneventful job

I choose this location because the reviews were so great. However, my experience was the exact opposite. I had an 11:30am appointment and by 11:50am we were still sitting in the waiting area without anyone saying a word. I finally asked the receptionist how much longer it would be because it had already been 20 minutes and she told me another 10. I asked if it was typical to have to wait a half hour for a scheduled appointment and she said yes. I explained that nobody has said anything to us and her response was that they can't control how long the other people take. A little after 12 we were finally brought back. The dental assistant immediately left for about 5 minutes, came back for 5 minutes no joke to brush my daughters teeth and said the dentist would be in soon. We waited about 10 more minutes before the dentist came in. He spent maybe 10 minutes with her (if even) and we were on our way out. We waited at least 45 minutes in total and nobody ever apologized for the wait or explained anything to us. I know that it's typical to wait for about 10 minutes or so in some cases at the dr/dentist and I understand that. My problem is that we waited over 30 minutes before anyone ever saw us and nobody updated us at all. They dental assistant and receptionist were at the desk looking at me and acting like I was being unreasonable for my frustration. I was there for over an hour for about 15 minutes of service. I've never experienced this at any appointment I've ever had before.

I've got 3 littles. This dentist has been our go to for the past 2 years at this location and with the company itself we've been with them for 6 years! Wouldn't consider another dentist they are amazing! Great staff, clean, up to date facilities, great with the kids themselves, and provides great services even when your little one is being a pain. They get through those cleanings!

made me feel so comfortable and welcomed ! had a good laugh with a staff member who also allowed me to open up about a personal matter concerning my teeth and made me feel very safe ! the staff treated me so nicely and everyone was so sweet to me ! i knew i was in good hands the second i sat in the chair ! 10/10 recommend this place ! can't thank you guys enough for helping me with my teeth !
