Dr. Rashid Noor earned his DMD degree from Boston University School of Dentistry in 1993. He has owned his private practice, All Dental since 1999 and for over 20 years has dedicated himself to excellence in his field as well as to continuing his education in many areas including implantology, orthodontics, sedation dentistry, Botox and sleep disorders.
Dr. Noor is a member in good standing of ADA, ICOI and AAFC and is ACLS certified. He was selected by TopDoc as a top dentist in the Boston area 2 years in a row as well as featured in Sleep Magazine as one of the top sleep doctors in the country. From patient education all the way to treatment, Dr. Noor offers the best dentistry available.
Dr. Noor is married, has 2 children and lives in Massachusetts. When not in the office, he enjoys hiking, traveling, squash, watching sports, volunteering & community work and he is a classic car enthusiast.
Her patients are like family and have developed a personal history with Karen during each consecutive visit. She has seen their families grow and experience life changes, providing a child their first cleaning to one before heading off to freshman year at college!
Karen is a graduate of the Forsyth Dental Center in Boston, MA. Residing in nearby Mansfield, MA with her husband, Karen also raised two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, fitness, and is a great home cook.
Katie joined our team in 2017. She graduated from the Community College of Rhode Island in 2015 and is certified in Local Anesthesia and CPR. Katies favorite part of being a dental hygienist is connecting with her patients and educating them about their oral health. In her free time Katie loves spending time with her family and 9 year old daughter, Olivia. They love traveling and spending days at the beach.
Jillian graduated from the Community College of Rhode Island as Valedictorian of her class in 2015 and joined our team shortly after. In addition to her degree, Jillian is certified in Local Anesthesia and CPR. Jills favorite part of her job is putting nervous patients at ease and helping them achieve their best overall health. When not working, Jill enjoys yoga, running and spending time in Cape Cod with her family and boyfriend.
Bethany has been the lead dental assistant at All Dental for over 18 years. Bethany loves working alongside Dr. Noor in helping restore her patients smiles. One of her many specialties are assisting Dr. Noor with the many surgical procedures they do. Bethany is trained to design oral devices for patients with sleep apnea and helps them achieve a healthy, good night sleep. She also has CPR and ACLS certifications. When not at work Bethany is spending time with her two beautiful children and husband. They love to go camping on the weekends all around New England. Bethany is an essential part of our team and will guarantee you leave with a smile!
Barbara has been working in the dental field for over 25 years! She is the first smilling face to greet you at All Dental . Barbara keeps the schedule running smoothly and loves interacting with each and every patient who walks through the door. When not at work Barbara loves spending time with her three granddaughters, hiking, and enjoys reading a good book at the beach.

Shout-out to (I believe) Melissa, the dental hygienist at this establishment! I came here due to new insurance and was blown away by the awesome service. Got a cleaning and some X-rays, Melissa was super kind, thorough, personable, and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Support staff was incredible too, highly recommend

First and foremost every precaution is being taken to keep their patients safe while in the office. Dr Noor and his staff are amazing! Sandy and Barbara make an easy to schedule your appointment and the hygienists are top notch. No fear of dentist here!

I've been going to All Dental for almost two years now and this is truly the best dentist I've ever been to. I have a lot of dental anxiety and my teeth have suffered because of that. When arranging my first ever visit, I called beforehand and told them I was nervous, that I didn't want to be shamed for not taking better precautions for my teeth, which has been an issue in the past with other dentists. They assured me on the phone that they would never make me feel badly no matter the state of my teeth. She was absolutely correct. I felt so comfortable and welcomed. Never felt like I was being judged or being shamed for not having better habits - they understood, they cared. I've now had 9-10(?) fillings, a couple cleanings and even Botox! I rave about Dr. Noor and the staff to anyone looking for a change in dentist. Most relaxing and comforting dentists office ever. Thank you for helping me on this path to get the smile I want!

I don't use this dental office but was referred there when I needed emergency service and my doctors weren't available. I was very tentative going as I knew nothing about them and I was extremely pleased with my experience. All Covid protocols strictly enforced. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, the hygienist was so thorough and calming and made sure I understood my care after extraction,Doctor did his job perfectly. Awful dentist. I had a root canal done here and Dr Noor has his assistant finish the job. She left a gap between my back tooth and the root canal. This gap has caused me to need another root canal and I also fix the root canal done at all dental. 4000 dollars later avoid this dentist at all cost.

As a patient of All Dental for 17 years, I can honestly say that the care provided here is the best. The ladies at the front desk (especially Barbara and Sandy) are so kind and willing to do whatever they can to make your visit run as smoothly as possible. The hygienists are personable and compassionate (especially Karen) and make you feel comfortable immediately. And of course, Dr. Noor is a top notch master of his craft.

Very accommodating staff. Wasn't even an existing patient, told them I was in pain and found a way to fit me in that day. Would recommend to anyone
