Dr. Nancy M. Menendez has been attending patients since 1987. She worked in her private practice for many years and provided dental care to individuals in unprivileged populations through volunteer hours in local government dental offices and collaborated in the orthodontic department with dental students and at the Maxillofacial Department with Cleft and Lip Palate patients at the University Central de Venezuela. She earned her Dental Surgery Degree and her Master Degree in Orthodontics from the Universidad Central de Venezuela. After moving to the United States, Dr. Menendez attended the University of Florida School of Dentistry for a two year AEGD Residency Program, graduating in 2014; since then she has been in practice in the Miami Dade and Broward County area; and has taken and completed hundreds of hours in Continuing Education and still travels the country in pursuit of the latest dental techniques to add to her knowledge.
Dr. Menendez passion lies in dentistry and the transformation it brings to peoples lives. Her approach is to practice dentistry, fully understanding her patients needs, and developing individualized, customized treatment plans. She places great emphasis on preventive care and good oral hygiene habits. She is focused about the concept of facially-generated treatment planning with specialized knowledge to help create smiles that fit harmoniously with individual facial features keeping up with the latest technology and advances in dentistry and has attended a multitude of continuing education seminars.
Additionally, her office is equipped with state-of-the-art software for practice management, cosmetic imaging and digital x-rays while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. This, combined with her chair side manner, leaves patients feeling completely at ease. Her patients and family fall in love with her sense of humor and empathetic nature, while knowing they are receiving the best dental care.

Everyone is always super nice. It feels like a family atmosphere, always very welcoming. I've had a couple emergencies and they were there to help me out. I definitely recommend them.

I finally can say I have found a dentist that is gentle, thorough, pleasant, patient and professional. That is a miracle for me. I am a baby boomer and have been through so many of these professionals. With Dr. Menendez the experience was the best I've ever had. I totally recommend her....and her staff is also professional and very attentive.

Dr. Nancy and her staff are AMAZING. They are kind and compassionate. I am terrified of new doctors but they made me feel so welcome. I definitely recommend All dental care to anyone who is scared of dentist they really make you feel so welcome and comfortable! Do not go here!! Lied to, failed to provide services that were paid for in cash. RUDE office staff. This experience is resulting in a complaint with the licensing board and BBB. Update: Lied to a second time(recorded) Was told by the office manager that medical records already paid for would be available in 48 hours(specifically Thursday morning were his exact recorded words) Called to confirm they are ready and available and was told that they would now be available after 1:30 ot whenever the office manager came in. Feels like illegal retaliation as we were confronted about the initial Google review and asked to change or delete this review which was posted prior to going to the office and paying for them.

Tried to get an emailed copy of my chart. 1st was told they would call me back. Well a few hours later I called back and we then told the office manager was on vacation so then were unable to provide the copy. 3 days later I received a call stating the office manager was still out so I couldn't receive a copy yet but if I would like to make an appointment. I stated no I would not that I called for a copy of my xrays and was then told it would be $35. Unfortunately the office staff isn't what it used to be. On one of my last visits the office I was left to wait around over 30 minutes in a room after my service was completed. Finally I had to go find someone to ask why I was still waiting and that I need to go home. The time before that was the same situation. The filling I just had put in days before broke and I was told I would have to travel to the Hialeah office to get it fixed or wait 2 weeks so I decided to go to another dentist. Well, I'll just have new xrays taken instead of having to deal with the staff at this office again.

Untreated service for an emergency situation charge $35 for an x-ray focus on cleaning instead of major problem major tooth problemI was asked to get a deep cleaning prior to take care of the emergency situation first, poor communication to tell things clearly from Stuff.
