I love this place did amazing work. I wish they were on my cigna dppo plan so Mrs. Lomeli can continue to work on my teeth but I have to find a different place for the work I need done.

Dr. Rohini Singh is great but the billing/appointment is questionable. Every time I make an appointment that fits my schedule it gets moved to another 2-3 months later due to some reason or another. I had to cancel an appointment that was the only one available after I was rescheduled due to them being closed the week of Thanksgiving but could not make it due to the weather. Now, they want to charge a 35.00 fee for not canceling 24hrs in advance although I did cancel at 5am prior to the 8am appointment. They should have known before they would be closed before making the appointment. I requested a waiver but was denied. Customer service is 0=NO STARS I'll pay the fee if what it takes to transfer my records to another dentist.

Great place both Killeen and Clear Creek office. Very knowledgeable and conduct oral surgery in a timely manner. The only problem was when they explained about sunbid, the front desk staff in both offices said that choosing sunbid for credit will not take a hard inquiry and that's a lie it was a hard inquiry & it took 5 points off my credit. I would have gave a 4 star, however had I known about that I would not have took the credit line for sunbid. Just thought I share for the new customers do not take it if you don't need it.

This office is fairly new and has state of the art equipment. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. They answered every question I had from taking my X-rays to my cavities and how to fix them. This is our new family dentist.
