Terrible experience, my aunt scheduled an appointment for my cousin about 2 months ago. She had the appointment for November 4th, we called to confirm it on November 2nd. When we called my aunt told them that she would not be able to go due to work, she asked if it was okay for her husband to take my cousin. The lady she spoke to said yeah no problem he can bring her, didn't say she needed to send a letter or anything. The day of the appointment came and they went, they called my cousin in and everything and then they tell my aunts husband that they can't see her because they needed my aunts signature. We were highly upset because my cousin has been in pain for a week and she has not been to school. They set up a new appointment for her for January 13th! That is crazy! She would now have to wait 2 months to be seen, and all of this time she will be in pain. I would not recommend this place to anyone! The wait is too long, and you have workers that say one thing when others say another! I would give it a 0 star rating but the system won't allow me to.

Definitely won't be returning. I went there today for my son and the dentist assistant told me that she needed to take a new X-ray because mine was 2 years old. The dentist saw my son literally for two seconds, to tell me everything is ok. she gave me papers and told me to bring it to the front desk. The lady at the desk tells me $50.00 and I asked for what? She said for the X-ray. I was upset because no one told me I was paying for the X-ray I didn't get a heads up at all. She claims they called me but I never received a phone call. She had an attitude and continued to tell me they told me but no one told me anything because if i would have known i wouldn't had a problem. Then I remembered I had received a text message a few days ago in Spanish but i didn't understand it because I don't speak Spanish. I asked the lady at the desk if this is from the office and she said yes. In the text message it mentions the $50. why am I receiving text messages in Spanish if I don't speak Spanish?. They shouldn't assume I speak it because I don't! It's funny how they can text me in English to confirm my appointment but to let me know they will charge me $50 is in Spanish. And it isn't about the $50 it's about letting your customer know what you are going to charge them before you do it for a two second visit!

Waiting time was only a few minutes and the procedure was very fast and painless. The doctors along with the entire staff were very patient,friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

It was a very nice visit. The office was brand new and clean. And, the Doctor and staff that I met was knowledgeable, friendly, and nice.

Staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. Dr. River was awsome told me what was going to happen from start to finish. Didn't feel a thing. Took approximately 25 minutes. Highly recommend to family n friends.

I absolutely love Dr. Chavkin !!! He's knowledgeable , experienced and has great bedside manner. Dr. Chavkin took his time and never rushed me when I was speaking to him about my concerns about my upcoming procedure. The staff is great as well !

They gave me a 10AM appointment on very short notice. The staff and Dr. we're all very nice and professional. I would recommend this practice.
