I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!! I recently had an appointment and I arrived thirty minutes early. I had my appointment at four o clock. I just had to had a cleaning done to my teeth nothing complicated. The staff is horrible,I had to wait for about forty minutes to and hour. It was almost five o clock and I still wasn't getting treated. I spent that long sitting in the chair and in the freezing cold room. The staff doesn't care what time your appointment is. When I arrived, there was already a mother with her two kids and I saw on a paper that she had her appointment at five. Even though I was called in first to get treated, the lady and her kid that had the five o clock appointment were done before me. The staff were being unprofessional and wasted my time. If your gonna go there for an appointment, don't even bother arriving because that doesn't matter. The staff will only treat you when they want to,they just like wasting peoples time cause they got nothing better to do with their lives.

They told me my service would be covered by insurance. A month passes by and I receive a notice that I have to pay. If I knew this I wouldn't have gotten the service done at all. It was optional but I did it because they said it was covered. I was extremely frustrated.

My children will no longer be coming to this dentist thanks to the treatment of dr.howell she made my son and myself feel so uncomfortable in regards to my son being loud because he was so frightened about his procedure she in my opinion made my son feel like he was crazy or overexagerating about his pain level she had nothing to do with my sons procedure do there was no reason for her to even come into my son's room she made a comment to me "I have to close the door because he's being so loud he's scaring the other kids" kids already come into the dentist scared some more than others I've came here numerous times and I've heard other children be just as loud she made my son feel extremely terrible and even when I expressed my anger about how she made my son feel all she did was shrug her shoulders not one apology from her part.

Wednesday, August 12, 2020 - All Children's Dental-Anaheim Front Office Staff: Receptionist was unfriendly. Dental Assistant: Kim Chi was very rude and unprofessional. Office manager: Nhi Nguyen listened to my complaints and apologized for Kim Chi's behavior. My daughter, who is a new patient, has an appointment at 11:00 AM for consultation for four wisdom tooth extractions. She filled out four forms that took 30 minutes to complete. I asked the front desk receptionist if the oral surgeon will be examining my daughter, and the receptionist stated that the oral surgeon only comes to the office on two Mondays. Then, I asked who will be examining my daughter today, and she stated that there were two general dentists in the office, and whichever one is done with the patients inside first would see my daughter. With this vague answer, I asked what are the dentists' names so I can read about their profiles. She then pointed to the stack of business cards as these dentists are not part of the main staff. So, I asked for the doctors' names again. Instead of helping me, the receptionist rushed to clean pens, wiped counter and moved chairs and said that she had to go to lunch so another staff would provide the information. By 12:20 PM, another staff handed me the business cards for the two dentists. After this long wait, the dental assistant (DA) Kim Chi called and took my daughter to the back office and had her sit in a chair with her face mask off (not adhering to COVID-19 guideline) while waiting for the Dentist. The room is small with two other patients sitting directly next to her without face masks, in dental chairs also waiting for a dentist, while being serviced by another DA. My daughter had to continue waiting for the dentist to arrive for another fifteen minutes. Later, dentist Hyun-Jung Kim examined my daughter briefly and said, "We will get approval for the teeth removal." She was rough and not careful while examining my daughter. I asked if they did the X-ray and to explain which teeth were being removed and why. Then the dentist asked the DA, who asked an X-ray person who responded, "I was busy and have not done the X-ray". So, I was sent out to the front lobby to wait, while my daughter was sitting in a chair not wearing a mask, waiting for the X-ray service which was not rendered until 1 PM. At last, the X-ray was done, I was called to the back, and the dentist examining my daughter then said, "We wilI get insurance approval for her to have teeth removal." Again, the dentist did not take the time to explain to the patient and parent about the extraction procedure, which is what the consultation is about. They were only concerned with getting approval and how they will get paid. When we were told we were done, the DA Kim Chi seemed very annoyed with us and raised her voice when I asked the way to the front desk. Her response was mocking me, and she repeating topics I had asked about earlier in a snide tone, and told us to ask all of our questions at the front desk. She then walked away. Another DA who was in the room treating another patient asked me, "What happened?" This is when I was sent to the back office and I requested an office manager or owner of this office to speak to Kim Chi. Her rude comments and behavior were not acceptable or professional. Additionally, the building was not very clean. The attached photo was taken of a dirty cabinet. I sure hope no one will get COVID-19 from this office! We finally left the office by 1:20 PM. Two hours and twenty minutes for one consultation visit! My daughter and I will NOT be coming back to this office! Please, don't take any risk with the poor exam and communication with your children's teeth. I've notified my insurance complaint department and the dental board for further review of this incident.

Nice office with friendly staffs; tablets in a separate room are nice for the kids to play. We'd come back here again. Love All Children's Dental.

I've been going here for years and I've just finished my appointment now. I had cleaning done and a cavity filling. They're very rude and were very hard on my teeth. When i has the filling the doctor and the assistant were arguing in front of me while the doctor was going to give me the anesthetic. Very scary. And after it was done the assistant asked me in a very rude way "do you not rinse with mouth wash?" She is the one that spoke Spanish and has long curly hair.

Took the entire family (6 of us) here several years ago. They had to get approval for my son and I to get deep cleanings so we did not get the deep cleanings that day. For the rest of us they said that our procedures were covered by the insurance. a few weeks later they sent me a bill for four hundred and something dollars to cover my daughter's crown. when we were there they said that the crown would be covered and then after the fact they sent us a bill. when I called to try to dispute they said that I was in the wrong and sent my bill to collections. I have tried several times over the years to rectify this collection account with no cooperation from them. Every month or actually about every 2 weeks my collection amount goes up and my credit is tanking because of all children's dental. In fact my collection account went up today! Merry Christmas to me I guess. Also I forgot to mention that after the procedure was done the other workers seem Disturbed that the dentist did that procedure on my daughter and told us to hurry up and take her and leave.

Do not come to this place. When you come here with an appointment, a 1 hour wait is a given. When you have a checkup, you usually wait an hour then get a picture of your teeth taken and then wait another hour to fully recieve the rest of your checkup. The people working here are not that friendly either. They are tough when they check your teeth. My child expressed pain last time during their checkup and it was just ignored. Also the inside of my child's mouth was slightly scratched/cut after another checkup. I would never recommend this place.
