This office seemed nice at first; but my son had abscess on his teeth and they slowly fixed his minor work and let them get worse. When they made the referral it was really rude; even the new dental office couldn't believe it. They say they charge 50 bucks for Medicaid patients to reschedule. Avoid these guys if you want good customer service.

I would never go to this dentist ever again. If you miss an appointment they try to charge you $50 and lie to you about your coverage make sure you know how many teeth they worked on cause they will over charge you. The front desk lady who is the dentist wife is a very rude and disgruntled woman when you ask questions about your coverage she gets all defensive and does not share the information and says it's a double filling on one tooth that's why we charge you that much. One tooth filling is one filling how can you filling it twice. I just don't trust them that's the vibe I get from going here.

It's to bad I can't give a lower rating. This is the most uncaring and unprofessional dentistry establishment establishment I have ever been to. They should rename there business Nocare Dentistry. I went there with a very sick tooth in extreme pain. When I did paperwork they immediately wanted my bank information. I've never seen that at a dentist office. Then without even looking at my teeth I was told I would have an incredible copay. I asked them to contact my insurance provider because it was not right. The owner argued with the agent for a half hour and was incredibly rude. She then lied and told me they didn't accept my insurance. They let me walk out in extreme pain and offered no help whatsoever. All are, what a joke. Do not go here. I guarantee any good reviews on this page are from them. So many people aren't wrong or lying as her curt responses show.This is a shady fraudulent operation. They should not be in business.

Because of my insurance I have to have almagam feel or paid $50 dollars out of my packet to have same color of my tooth they are very un profesional, plus they don't fallow CDC guidelines poor service.

Great service , they offer a variety of services and the front receptionist are very helpful when it comes to insurances they make sure you understand exactly what coverages your getting . The staff here are very friendly and make you feel comfortable I bring my two daughters here , highly recommended

I went here for my daughters appointment today. She is 16 years old and has very severe anxiety and ADHD. We went to do her cavity fillings today, i explained the situation at the front desk and asked for the laughing gas mask if they have it, they said they but it would cost $60. I paid the $60 fee for it to help her feel comfortable during the procedure. So long story short when she started asking questions about how many cavities there are and if they will do it all at once the answer from the doctor and his assistant was "if you dont like it you can go somewhere else." Never in my life I was treated poorly like that at the doctor's office, rude and unprofessional.. So we just walked out of the appointment.

I was looking for a new dentist and looking ones in the area. I always read the reviews for things like this just because I want to make sure that it is a good place and has good service, especially since I am not a fan of someone sticking sharp objects in my mouth. After reading a few of the reviews (good and bad) I am choosing not to go here base on the OWNERS responses to the bad reviews alone. Yes every place is going to have a few dissatisfied people whether the establishment was accommodating or not, but for the owner of a business to attack customers replying to bad reviews just shows where they stand as far as customer service. I noticed in one review they were making fun of someone because they didn't spell a word right, seriously?? Their responses clearly speak to their character as a business and as a business owner. Hopefully they can learn to handle these types of situations more tactfully in the future.
