I've been coming to this dentist for a few years and have not had any problems until now. I went to my appointment & had to sign a paper that had some information that I had questions about before I signed it. The rude clerk at the front desk gets a attitude because I ask why was this particular thing on the paper. So this dentist office / owner Dr. Samaan had the nerve to send me a termination letter saying our relationship was missing some important elements like communication, trust & mutual understanding because I asked a question. I have the right to ask whatever questions I want when it come to my money & signature. I will gladly find a better dentist one that doesn't switch out the employees every other day.

I have been going here for years and it seems every time there's something. Overcharging for services, not honoring my insurance, receiving misinformation, but today's experience was it...I had to write a long overdue review. I was informed by multiple dentists, within the same office, of the procedure and the options on how to do it. So I book an appointment to get [part of] this procedure done, only to be refused when my wishes were expressed. Not only did he refuse to extract a tooth (without doing the bone graph at the same time - I choose to do it later) he was condescending and patronizing which included "look honey..." He claimed it was a delicate procedure but I know $5 for an extraction isn't as attractive as a $350 bone graph. Needless to say I left. The hassles of changing dentists has prevented me from making a much needed change, but now, I won't go back there. Overcharging, poor service, misrepresentation of services, and not honoring contract with insurance...it's time!

Staff is great but they try to overcharge customers. Make sure to get a print out of what work is being done and that the prices match! You shouldn't even have to ask for one.

Honestly, I'm really grateful for this place. I called about a semi emergency and they were able to get me in same day. Everyone was really helpful and kind and they helped me get a treatment plan and got me an appointment with an oral surgeon to get my wisdom teeth out.

During the covid, I would every nurse to be wearing mask if you are around the patient. But one nurse were not wearing mask during my root canal. Terrible. I was horrified.

Went there for an exam and pricing, they tried to tell me my crown was $750 when my insurance was $390 there are doubling billing BE WARE I am getting a hold of my insurance carrier and reporting them to the BBB. Make sure you ask for a print out all your work required.I have a print out from a early visit with the true pricing with the codes.

Dr. Samaan is the best. Pain free very nice and welcoming. I had a cleaning for my first time. I came In super nervous everyone I know would tell me getting your teeth cleaned hurts very bad. No, that's not true with Dr. Samaan. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Dr. Samaan.

I have been in treatment with Dr. Samaan for a few months now. Went to my first visit to get a cap on my tooth and it was in the front. And you know how the temporary ones are. They don't call them temporary for no reason. Lol .To my surprise my Medi-Cal didn't cover it. So with his in house plan call office for more details. I was able to offored to get a new cap put on my back tooth. We were able to clean my tooth and put another temporary cap on. No more dragon breath. I recommend Dr. Samaan because I've had 3 root canals and one extraction and I decided to cap my teeth instead of getting implants because of Dr. Samaan. Due to my financial sisuation I wasn't able to get implants. My family loves my new smile.

First time stopping by. My new dentist move out of town I came in and was greeted and was seen by a dentist named Dr. Samaan. He is very skilled very professional and is more skilled then my other dentist. I'm happy I was able to come across Dr. Samaan. I will make Dr. Samaan my permanent Dentist.
