He has recent training in anterior esthetics from the prestigious Las Vegas Institute, as well as in laser dentistry, which allows him to offer pain-free and conservative treatment. Dr. Rafiq and his team are an A team. I've gone through a couple visits with All Brite Dental and all visits have been painless. They explain the process to you in every step so you know what is going to happen and they do their best to make sure that you are comfortable. I've had bad experiences in the past, which is one of the reasons why I delayed going to the dentist for years till my teeth forced me to visit a dental. Likely I came across this team. This place, you'll have a pleasant experience. My experience has been flawless and painless. throughout the many visits I've gone to. I finally found a dentist I don't have to fear due to experience.

Dr Rafiq was my dentist for over 10 years, he is an amazing dentist, I wish I could give a positive review but most recently me and my sister were dropped as his patients for no legitimate reason, I have never had a dr do that. First of all in a pandemic they know that peoples schedules have been difficult. I had my annual cleaning and check up scheduled for sept 2021 then I had a family member who was in the hospital and to reschedule, they called me several times harboring me to see if I was coming in when I had a family member in the hospital, i told them I would reschedule then in the spring of 2022 when I called to make an appointment they said my hygienist Amber had left so I was hesitant to work with someone else and told them I would call back I the. Scheduled another appointment, i then my mom had Covid and had to reschedule again, 3rd appointment in July I did not confirm the appointment however I assumed I was going to just go in the next day for the appointment when I received a text saying my appointment was canceled I called and they said if you don't confirm they fill your spot, I have been a patient for over 10 years and never had this issue. It's a shame because dr Rafiq knows my dental history so to have to find a new dentist is an inn-convince. I would like to add we know Dr Rafiq very well my whole family went to him. There is no such thing as patient loyalty anymore with this office so if you want to go here for great dental care for sure but know if you miss an appointment they will drop you as a patient for no real reason, lastly Dr Rafiq made my sister a guard a year ago that she said she tasted chemicals and plastic for a week and the office didn't take responsibility for that. Overall I am disappointment to have to look for a new dentist I drove 40 mins to come to this office, so they know how much loyalty we had to this office

My first cleaning appointment with All Bright and by far the best experience and most complete cleaning I have ever had (over 50 yrs). Fast - but efficient! Great job. Great staff!

Thank you to Dr. Rafiq and his kind staff for their care and compassion with my entire family. Dr. Rafiq is honest and informative. My kids love him and I think that speaks volumes. Since coming to his office, I never have to force or bribe my kids to see a dentist!

All staff friendly from their knowledgable receptionist, dental assistant and hygienist to Dr Rafiq who is receptive to all my dental concerns and working hard to maintain my great smile. I always know exactly what is going to happen and what the cost breakdown is going to be. If unexpected issues occur at the time of examination they are usually dealt with right then, without the need for another booking. I have rarely needed local anesthetic.

Staff was very courteous and friendly. Appreciated Dr. Rafia being forthcoming with knowledge surrounding the operation as well the validity of potential options. Will return for further work to All Brite Dental. Be well.

The most best ppl I ever met are Dr. Zia Rafiq and Mrs. Rafiq. These professionals are the best dentist Detroit has to offer.....!Please don't believe me just read Hour magazine and other reviews on google.... Just to prove my point painless dentistry at its best. Two locations Dearborn mi and woodhaven Michigan. Woodhaven is a flagship office so that's the place to visit.
