The worse dentist I've been to. He is unprofessional and rude. He upsells his patients by doing unnecessary dental procedures.

I had a single tooth veneer procedure almost a yr ago. Since then it has fell off 2 times. On the last visit the dr was nasty and blames me for the veneer poping off. He argured with me in the dental chair, the other customers in the waiting room heard his insults. I was extremely embarrassed to say the least and in shock. He was very nasty and told me to never come back. Well on 11/21/2020 I was having lunch at work eating french fries and it came off again for the 3rd TIME. It was 5 days b4 Thanksgiving and 6 days b4 my Birthday. The receptionist said he will not see me anymore and he has noted my chart to deny me. She said I was better off. I visited another dentist in the area and he advised me to go back to the dentist that did the work. He did not want to attempt to fix the tooth, he claimed the work was not professional and asked if I was happy. I was in shock. I eventually found another dentist and had to pay a heafty price out of pocket to fix it bc it was the weekend(emergency). It has been 3 months later and I havent had a problem so I guess it was the Dentist NOT Me.

Have been seeing Dr.Shroff since he moved into Glen Oaks. He has pleasant and courteous staff. His diagnosis, treatment and references to any specialist have been fantastic. I would highly recommend his treatment

Worst dentist in this area. I take my son just for hygienic check up. He is 9 years old. He has spoiled his 6 molar teeth. I do not have less than 1 star option. I strongly suggest do not take their kids overthere...

If your looking for a trusting dentist then this is the dentist's office for you! Everytime i go their i am introduced with warm smiles and jokes by Dr. Shroff himself. The staff is also all very engaged with the patients making you feel important and prioritized. And you will always leave laughing due to the personality outburst placed by Dr Shroff. All in all this dentist's office is very trustworthy, they know what they are doing, everyting is always simply explained, are very well aware of the procedures needed, and they take care of their patients going beyond just their ethical and career duties.

This was the first time I see a dentist in two years. They took my temperature when I entered and I felt completely comfortable. The doctor diagnosed my tmj and gave me my referral to see a specialist who can fix my jaw. The dental hygenist was amazing. Left my teeth feeling clean for weeks after that day. I have permanent retainers and she was the only one who cleaned it well. Definately going back and recommend anybody to go here.

After many poor dental experiences in the past my insurance company led me to Dr. Shroff. He has always been kind, thorough, and most Importantly very knowledgeable. I have had a few dental treatments while under the care of Dr. Shroff all of which turned out great. He made me feel extremely comfortable and I have never felt rushed. The staff is friendly and always willing to accommodate with appointments. I would absolutely recommend this practice to family and friends.
