Customer service is terrible, the main dentist and the main hygienist Dakota have terrible communication. They advertise free cleaning for patients with insurance. Not true!! The receptionist is rude and feels entitled. I try to explain her my situation many times and I kept getting interrupted. I won't bother going here. You can find much better places and more professional people.

This is one of the best dental offices I've been to. Dr. Wolsey was very polite and explained everything to me in a way that I would understand. They took the time to address any concerns that I had and made my cavity fillings as pain free as possible.

I had a great experience with the dentist himself, as well as my hygenist, but two of the 3 people behind the counter (where dental assistants and hygenists also spent their time) were not wearing masks. In a dental office. In a pandemic. When there is a public health order saying masks must be worn. To me, that is just unacceptable.

Affordable and conveniently located near the hospital in Provo, I've always had great, professional service here. Dakota cleaned my teeth today and did a great job! They do a thorough job checking all the things they should check, I can tell these hygienists have good experience and schooling. I've been going here a couple years, I can't speak for some of the negative reviews, I've never seen anything like that.
