Dr. Washington & Dr.Michael are wonderful dentists. I have always been fearful of going to the dentist, even for a cleaning, but I don't get nervous anymore because I know I'm in good hands! I highly recommend these 2 great dentists!

Dr JJ is the man and the staff are wonderful. Needs upgraded equipment. But a good experience and pain free.

Staff is great and respectful.... they REALLYk NEED NEW EQUIPMENT THOUGH.... it made my wait so much longer and was just frustrating to everyone GREAT STAFF THO joy, Devon, Georgia, and dr. Stanton are great!!

DO NOT GO HERE AVOID AT ALL COST SAD I WAS YOUNG AND IN PAIN AND DUMB BUT THIS CHINESE DENTIST CHOSE TO HAVE MOST OF MY TEETH EXTRACTED AS OPPOSED TO SAVING THEM I WENT TO A DIFFERENT DENTIST AND HE SAVES MY TEETH ALMAOT ALL MY BOTTOM GONE CAUSE OF THIS JERK POS I HOPE HE GETS SHUTDOWN

...this place needs to be shut down...if you value you the health of your teeth, do not go here...the dentists they hire are crackpots, liars, rush, and cut corners...they told me i had 6 cavities and needed a deep scaling, yet when i went to get a second opinion, the other dentist said they could not see or find any cavities by eye or via the x-rays...when i got a cleaning, they said they didn't have time to do the simple tooth polishing at the end and would do it next time, but they never did...

Bad practice. Make you wait a long time in the chair,dentist let me continue with two refills of antibiotics with a bad tooth infection from the work he had previously done. I had to go across the river to another dentist whom had to surgically remove that tooth due to badly infected. Dentist for some reason 1st had put a tiny white filling into a tooth that was not bothering me at all and there already was a filling in the tooth I had no complaints about this tooth nor any pain,but he decides to put that tiny white filling in it. Well what happened was this good tooth cracked all over I phoned them and told receptionist the tooth cracked all over and it's his responsibility as it was his work so he sees me gives antibiotics so they ran out I called again it was starting to swel and smell instead of fixing his past work on it he orders another round of antibiotics! To him other patients were more important than help to fix this tooth I told him this was your work and it caused my tooth to crack but he did not care. So I called another dental group they immediately seen me and the dentist had to surgically remove the tooth. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I'm working on getting a crown put in that empty spot now.

I went to these guys in January of 2017 for an abscess tooth and I was in a lot of pain and they were my dentist. He gave me two options: one- I would have to go to my primary doctor and get an antibiotic for the abscess tooth then come back to see him... or two- he said he could pull it out right then and there and then the pain would be over... or so I thought. He gave me three vials of novacaine and he started working on my tooth and then all I felt was a lot of pain and he started yelling at me and told me to be quiet so I don't scare the other patients. But what he did not realize or he just didn't care to know that it is highly frowned upon to remove a tooth that has an infection in it. And for two weeks afterwards I was in a rediculous amount of pain and I couldn't eat anything solid for those two weeks. I highly recommend that if anyone is deciding to go there ... try and find someone who has better bedside manners and who actually takes the time to get to know the patients pain level before doing anything serious.

This place needs to be shut down! I made three appointments and for two of them the office called me and said to reschedule because the doctor wasn't coming in for various lame excuses. Then the last one I drove 30 minutes to my appointment and filled out paperwork and the receptionist told me "sorry apparently the dentist isn't coming in" so I had to go home. So unprofessional. I immediately booked an appointment somewhere else. Do not go here! Very unreliable doctor who has no business running a practice.

the Asian dentist dog gets treated better than I did at this place I have been in pain for a month waiting for appointment after they damage the nerve on my tooth then they want to charge me for a root canal when they messed up my tooth as described by a real dentist my tooth was fine before I went there it's about quantity not quality with this butchers if u don't care about ur theeth go there if u do don't bring ur dog there he will not be ur best friend anymore after going to this awful place the worst dentist in my 40 years alive

After reading these reviews I almost didn't go to this dentists' office, but I am happy that I did. I had two wisdom teeth extracted and was somewhat nervous about not being gassed or knocked out. One of the assistants explained the procedure and aftercare when I mentioned that I was nervous and had a few questions. After the Novocaine started worked Dr. JJ pulled the teeth in 10 minutes or less and I was driving home 15 minutes later, he's all business. If I have any criticism it is the same that I've always had with every dentist and dental assistant; their jobs are so routine that they sometimes come off as cold and just "going through the motions". When you feel that you can self-advocate and speak up or just deal with it and go home to complain on the internet, that's a life choice. Don't be scared away from the only dentist in the area because of these reviews, I'm glad I wasn't.
